A Wednesday night in the winter, and on the early side, but we walked in and were the only customers -- there were half a dozen peeps at the bar by the time we left, but the place deserves MUCH more love! Mi Pueblo is the place I've been searching for! As a girl from south TX, I get nostalgic for the food. I have been unable to find anything resembling what I knew growing up. But here, the tamales were absolutely delicious and brought me to another place and time. I imagined myself going to the little tamale shop down the street from my house in San Antonio.
