The food is tasty and the staff is always friendly. An all-time favorite of my husband's is their hash. Whenever visiting on the Cape, Persy's is a must go to stop.

Rhonda our server was amazing! The wait around 10 am on Sunday was about 45 mins, but Rhonda was so kind and rushed our order so we could make the ferry in time! She’s the best! Omelets great and pancakes are fab!

This place was recommended to us. Very small. Parking was great - free street parking directly in front of the restaurant. My omelette was tasty. My husband wasn't impressed with his meal - pancakes were nothing special.Long wait to be seated. Knowledgeable servers but rushed service. If you are in the area and want breakfast, check it out. However, I doubt that you'll be blown away.

I ordered the food online at 10:15 am time was set for a pick up at 11:15 am 1hour later however when I arrived they did even have the online order and the man behind the counter lied to my face staying that 10 min more all together I wanted for the order 2hours feom the time of order. And I was asking him what is going on he just keeps lied to me it’s being put into bags I don’t think it’s takes 35 min to put in bags.So I would not suggest ordering from this tea ever. And the food is not good. The place is dirty I would recommend a health department visit. That will be my next report.

We were excited to try this place out but once we were seated, i noticed the window where we were seated was infested with ants. Needless to say we got up and left. The place was not updated which is fine but not to be clean is a whole different issue.

Busy for breakfast. Mix of locals, tourist, and the alike. Though busy was seated in the small dinning area. I really was hungry so was not looking to be impressed...good thing. Pancakes barely done a light light tan color with 12 blue beeries across the 3. Kids grilled cheese was toast with unmelted cheese. California Benedict was a traitor to avocados, serving up a crunchy fruit. Busy but waited nearly 40 mintues for food.

Had a train ride scheduled on the Cape Cod Railway and found Persy’s Place across the street. Had a late breakfast to tide us over because the ride was until 2:00 pm. The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable for being on the Cape. Service was a little slow but we know most businesses are understaffed these days and so we waited patiently.

Very glad I stopped here for breakfast. My omelette was very good and the home fries were great. The corn bread was so good I got a mini loaf to go. Wake up and head to Persys if you’re in Hyannis

Very disappointed we decided to stop there. Not easy for handicapped- entry, tight booth seating and bathroom are all challenging. Food was ok, not what we would have want to spend money on, though. Key concerns were: hard to get coffee right off the bat, ants on our table and the adjacent wall, and my food came on a cracked and chipped plate. The booth room toilet had a sign to hold down the lever to get it to flush. We will go nearby to another place next time we have to be in Hyannis.

Bigger portions, a lot of seating, very flavorful and Super friendly staff! Our waitress was so pleasant! She was able to tell us about the history of the area and even gave us suggestions. The home Made corned beef was very tasty, and the corn bread was also a nice treat! I really liked how they would come and refill the coffee without having to ask or chase somebody down. Good spot that had many locals, so it’s got to be a solid place! There is plenty of parking out front on the street.
