For some reason the Wendy’s app glitched and I wasn’t able to redeem my points.However the manager went out of his way to provide me with the burger. Very kind people here and they operate at an efficient level that exceeds the industry standard. Please make this store number 1 in US as I heard it is currently number 2 which is awesome! Was at drive through around 8pm, employee who took the order was extremely rude, his tone was reluctant and he rushed us through our order. When we came to the window he didn't even say how much the order costed and just stood there with his hand out waiting for the card. If you hate your job, don't project that onto the people you serve. Don't see myself returning.

Since I can’t get a hold of anyone at this establishment, I have to write a review to Express myself. I am extremely disappointed in the order I just received they basically gave me whatever they wanted. Didn’t receive my correct sauces didn’t receive a correct $5 Biggie bag. Didn’t get the correct drinks ! My 2year old Babies don’t eat SPICY NUGGETS. And I’m missing a order of fries. . Looks like we’re going with out tonight. THANKS WENDYS! FOR NOTHING ! A very simple order. It would not kill people to double check the food bags especially if they’re being delivered through DoorDash. It seems careless. I do not appreciate this at all ! Oh yea, and not to mention the HAIR I found on my dry burger. ?
