The place only has a few tables. The smoothies are a little bland and the flavor isn’t very noticeable. The food however, is so good. When you bite into a sandwich all of the flavors taste so great.
I bought a small mango a go go smoothie for 7 dollars. Took two sips and threw it out, tastes like the fruit was freezer burnt. Should've asked for a refund.

What a very disappointing visit! Ordered a jalapeno bagel toasted with lox etc. And it came out cold and by the looks of it, the bagels all shrunk. 9$ lox sandwich!!!?? Nope. I can do better elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the coffee. (Because I made it myself ?) the was my 2nd time there. 1st time was way better. Not planning to be back. Too bad, quality has gone down ??

I love the bagels and coffee here, but they have REMOVED ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS. I do not feel welcomed in the store. I feel like there trying to rush me out of the store. There is a huge amount of empty space and NO WHERE TO SIT.
Food is great! Unfortunately you can't order by phone for pickup and if you try to use the app before it closes they won't take your order. Providing a certain service until a certain time isn't their work motto. Getting out of work on time is of the utmost importance to them.

I completely agree with M's thoughts on no tables. That review was 9 months ago and still no tables. I don't think it's about staff as there were 4 workers and a woman in the back, plus a sweeper. It's just not inviting. Keeping away tables in 2023 has nothing to do with "keeping us safe", and it's ridiculous.

Bagels are amazing (hard to find amazing bagels in Massachusetts ) and they do a great job. However giving three stars because I wasted money on a smoothie a young woman did not make properly. She put the ingredients in the blender, blended it for probably not even a minute and it was gooey salad basically. It was not a smoothie and it was very hard to drink. My coworkers even commented on how I have salad in a cup and they said it looked disgusting. This girl was also rude - im not surprised and I kinda don't blame her cause who wants to work nowadays anyway - (sarcasm!) but another complaint is that she seemed more interested in socialising with friends than providing a customer with excellent service and giving them what they pay for. please train your staff to make smoothies properly or to cut down on the talking and distractions
