“Having a hard time understanding the numerous negative reviews here. The staff is friendly and competent, keeping the line moving at a normal pace. The food is exactly the same as other good Bruggers locations, nothing more or less. Bruggers coffee isn't great in general at any location. Saying Dunkins is better, is only an agreeable statement due to the numerous sugary options to doll up the also poor quality coffee. Four star review based on the fact that it's a chain restaurant which delivers exactly what I've expected the few times I've been in. What more are you looking for here?“

“The service is good could be better the main problem I had was when you ask for a breakfast taco and they give you a chicken now if under the breakfast taco it says between this time and this time then I would under stand but I ordered three orders of breakfast tacos and I got three chickens “

“I got the honeydew sago, and it was delicious! The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a very extensive menu with all of the ingredients laid out, this was super helpful for me to choose my dessert because I'm lactose intolerant. I highly recommend stopping by.“

“Best breakfast sandwich on the planet (bacon egg and cheese on a homemade biscuit). Coffee drinks have all been phenomenal as well. Parking can be tough at peak times but always worth an extra lap if you can swing it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sitting options, things to look at, sometimes art supplies out for them to draw with.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: First floor with a slightly narrow doorway/entrance. They have a ramp in and no stairs/not high door jam. Low tables so no worries about that. The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible unless you have someone with you for transfer.“

“Was nearby and wanted to try new boba spots and saw this place had açaí too so we had to try it. The space is super long. Unfortunately boba was no longer on the menu. But the açaí was really good. I got super hyped when I saw they had different bases, I couldn't decide on what to try. We got a Berry Delicious açaí base bowl, and a Paradise Pitaya base bowl, and a Açaí berry smoothie. My fiancé devoured his açaí bowl no problem. And the pitaya base was so good and fruity. I saw they have a green base and a spring time mango base too. Definitely gonna have to come back and try it!“

“This place is great if you like music while you're eating (and even if you don't!) they have a wide selection of acai bowls and smoothies with delicious fresh fruit. They have an easy to use app if you'd like to order ahead with a 15% discount code when you sign up for their rewards program. There's plenty of seating and nice paintings all around the restaurant. They even have out free stickers all year.“

“I’ve tried a lot of bubble tea in the area, and this is by far the best. The tea quality is great (especially the Hong Kong milk tea - seriously delicious!), and they put plenty of boba (that is chewy and fresh!) in each order. The staff are also very kind and efficient, and if you order multiple teas, will pack them perfectly in a cute reusable bag with straws inside. My only other wish for this place is that I so wish they had matcha, which is my favorite flavor and go-to tea, but the quality here is so superior I’ve been willing to switch flavors most of the time to come here!“

“This review is long overdue - I basically *live* at this place - easily get about 7+ orders here a week. When trying to eat enough greens and veggies, etc. I find it's easy to throw away a lot of produce / generate a lot of food waste and I find the prices to be reasonable for the high-quality food that you get in the right proportions. The salads are enormous and when I compare the cost of all the ingredients if I were to buy it all myself. I'm a recent cancer survivor so eating as healthy as possible is critical and this place is just awesome. Also, the people that work here are *the best*! If I ever move, I think I'll miss this place the most! Thanks for having a great place with truly healthy food alternatives!“

“So excited to welcome this new spot to the neighborhood. We dined in, and I was impressed by the food. Everything was flavorful and fresh. We ordered a pork burrito and quesadilla, yuca and plantains, an horchata and banana smoothie. I'd recommend all of them. Prices are totally reasonable, and I brought leftovers home. Service was a bit slow as they were filling online orders. Ambiance isn't special but fine. Will definitely be back.“

“This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. I got the avocado grilled cheese and even though they didn't have the right bread it was still delicious. I also got the peanut butter smoothie which had peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas. You could taste each flavor. It was so good. There was no wait time when I got there but a line formed after me. There is plenty of parking and the service and staff were great.“

“As a Waltham local, this is my favorite bubble tea shop in town. My go-to drinks are the Wintermelon Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly and the Coco Cream WOW Milk Cap. I tried their Almond and Taro Milk Teas, but they tasted too powdery for my liking. They have a BOGO deal on Wednesdays which makes coming here even sweeter!“

“They have sweet rice drinks and yogurt/fruit flavored drinks. Although, they don't offer boba, they go for a more traditional and less sweet taste. The sour yogurt brings me back home to the taste of the yogurt I used to have back in Beijing. I wish Yomie's was more centralized in Allston with the other businesses, but glad they are in Boston nevertheless.“

“It's not always easy to find che (Vietnamese dessert/beverage/pudding) unless you know where to go. Bambu is a solid place to go for boba tea and dessert. I am a fan of the taro dessert! The macarons were also awesome.Since Bambu is located in a huge plaza, parking is not an issue.“
