Their chicken tenders and wings are really good, you can drink beer here. It's really busy during lunch time so I came during dinner it's a little bit more calm. I love the vibe here is really bright the tables are set up nice and the customer service is cool. They have TVs so you can watch games while you eat, it looks like it's just a Chill Spot there's a few people just sitting here having drinks.

The place was clean, I was helped when I was ready to order. I didn't want fries but they wouldn't let me sub fries for chips which I thought was odd. I didn't find the staff very friendly. I ordered the turkey club and wanted chips instead of fries but the other options were potato salad or Cole slaw. I didn't want either of those either so I stuck with the fries. The turkey was quite dry, and just didn't have much flavor. Thank goodness that I got stuck with the fries because they were actually the best part of the meal. The portion was very the money. Turkey Club 6/10 Fires 8/10 My co workers liked it more than me so you may love it. I won't pick to go back if I travel back for work.

I have ordered several times for delivery, via the doordash app, myself and the restaurant started noticing that some of the independent 1099 contracted delivery drivers for doordash were frequently showing up late, then taking the food driving with the food over an hour to deliver, I'd call and Ken's would say, we gave the driver the order 1 hour ago, lol. anyway, I ordered again tonight at 615pm, I noticed a doordash driver, in the dasher app had not been assigned to me, yet me giving $10 tip for less than 3 mile delivery trip (dashers usually would pick this tip order up quick). I then contacted doordash, and asked what is going on. Doordash said "We are looking for a high quality rated driver for this restaurant". Safe to assume that Kens has pushed back at doordash setting up parameters ensuring customers don't get stuck with lingering 3rd party doordash drivers known to pick up multi stacked orders from all over mass. They indicated they require high quality independent contract door dash drivers. I did call tonight to let Ken's know how awesome, but they put me on hold because its a Friday night, so they must be swamped. Anyways, way to go Kens for working with customers and pushing back at doordash if drivers are less than sub par... I quote, I told doordash if my food arrives cold it is not Ken's fault. I also said if I need to microwave my pizza, my onion rings and meatballs, its not kens fault and they are not to be penalized........... Way to go Ken's for holding up a high boundary level with these 3rd party contracted delivery services such as doordash, but I don't need to rate Kens on that, because their food is always high quality awesome. I also contacted DoorDash again and asked how to give the DoorDash driver 5 star rating, was able to also increase her tip from $10 to $15 after she delivered .... Food is amazing and I love how Ken's set the boundaries with these third party contracted deliver companies indicating they will only accept high quality rated independent contracted delivery drivers. 5 stars plus plus to Kens and also 5 star plus plus for Christine the self employed 1099 contracted doordash driver, way to go! Nice.

Definitely recommend this restaurant, really nice staff, clean atmosphere, and great food!! Try there Vegetarian pizza and onion rings as well as there Plymouth Rock samwich

We really enjoy Kens Deli in Bedford for casual food. They have light food, like salads, light sandwiches and soups. And some delicious heartier sandwiches like my favorite Reuben. Hamburgers are delicious , platter comes with fries and onion rings! Their onion rings are delicious, and now they have a choice of fries, which has made a big difference. My friends enjoy their pizza. You order at the counter, staff delivers to your table. Prices are up a bit since covid, but currently they have 10% off for Seniors, and 10% off for paying with cash. The deli side is casual and clean and serves beer and wine. The adjoining room is a pub, with a full bar, pub tables, and Italian platters. The staff is very friendly, and the orders come out quickly. I like it!

Here is a copy of what I just sent to owner - John Cronin Good Afternoon John Sorry it's taken a few days to reach out but wanted to write and express our appreciation for the kindness, consideration and professionalism shown when my family and I visited Ken's NY Deli and Brick Oven Pizzeria . I had feared ( which was a mistake) some obstacles which I shared with you through email. You quickly responded to and alleviated my concerns. You sent me a 2nd email later that day encouraging me to call when on our way...contact either Briana or Erin and our tables would be ready. I did call and upon arrival found 2 great tables outside awaiting us. Briana was waiting for us and she is without a doubt a "Keeper"!!!! She was so attentive, helpful and friendly that it felt like she was a member of our family!!! Your menu is fantastic! We all found what we wanted and much, much more...explaining the take out boxes. Kudos to all of you. We have definitely passed the shared our experience with others and I'm sure our local family members will be visiting again real soon. Thank you
Quick update to say the kids meals at Ken's are great. My son loves both the chicken fingers and fries and the grilled cheese and fries. Gives me a chance to get him something he likes and not have to eat at fast food.

Excellent food and pretty friendly staff. Would prefer table service, but counter kids were efficient and fast with food turnaround. Got the Reuben. Enough for two meals. Inside was very clean (despite it being a very rainy day with people tracking all kinds of water and mud in), but it was kind of hard to have a conversation where we were sitting (main counter area) because it was pretty loud inside. A sign of good business, I guess.

Takeout from Ken's New York deli in Bedford. Weird vibe because there's a bar in a sub shop, but it works. The Ruben and the Rachel sandwiches for A1 top notch. Loved the onion rings as well. Pricey. 850 for what you see below. Still .good !

Nice local spot to grab a pizza,sub or dinner. The bar next to the restaurant is akin to a neighborhood bar. A lot of friendly locals hang out there. Regardless, good food, decent atmosphere, and great staff.
