I recently Sunday, went to Antonio’s in Belchertown knowing they are part of the Grapevine family I must say it was not a good experience3 people at the bar when I walked in took me 5 minutes to get a drinkTook longer than that for my next drink as the bartender was just fixated on one customer she went to high school withAlso there was a bartender in training and I still had to wait the bartender in training will not make it he was lost and timidI’ll give it another try just not on a Sunday againGrapevine service is 1,000% betterDo better Antonio’s
Ordered here today for the first time and we ended throwing most of the food away. Wings were burn, mozzarella balls had bad taste and food was completely over cook and cold. Will not order from here again.

Antonio's pizza is fantastic when they get it right. They are plagued by inconsistency. I have had amazing pizzas from them, and terribly undercooked pizzas from them. In-person, their customer service is fantastic. As far as ordering on the phone, the automated menu pushes you to order online instead, and once you're actually connected to a person, you're always immediately put on hold no matter what day of the week. Perhaps they need to have an extra employee answering phones. All in all, Antonio's is still the best pizza option in the general area.

Pizza was undercooked. Lacking toppings. Order from latrattoria instead. I watched the driver pull into the driveway before pulling out for no reason and returning 15 minutes later.
