costumer services is extremely extremely poor... I went this morning Sunday 11/12 and the cashier female refuse take my name also she said the order is going to take long time because they was back up ... I insiste to give her my name but she's say does not matter is going to take long time anyway. Eve seeing the manager raise voice on other costumer there... sad Wake up !!! That location is obviously down poor side ... Teaching your employee to respecting costumer is good to start it !

Not sure what everyone is talking about with opening late. I go there every day, literally everyday, at 6am and they're always open. I get my farmhouse sandwich with a random dozen every time. They bagels are always in stock and the lighting and temperature is nice. I feel comfortable and happy there. I simply don't believe the complaints they must be exaggerating. Be honest when you leave reviews please.

Overall really disappointing for a place that clearly knows how to make a breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was so thoroughly doused in pepper, I couldn’t even eat it, which was a huge bummer because the bagel was truly fantastic. I ended up dumping the pepper-drenched contents and eating the bagel plain. Also definitely don’t bother with trying to order ahead - if you don’t want to use Grubhub or DoorDash, the only option is to download their app (which I did). I got there 17 minutes after placing my order, went up to the counter, and THEN they began making my order. Just stand in line and order with everyone else, they’re going to get their food first anyways.

Please pick up your order in 15-25. I got there 25 minutes after ordering and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Drove 2 minutes home and the food is cold. What gives? I havs had problems with this location before, and they continue to go downhill. Counting the days until the new bakery opens in town and these guys are out of business

Service was friendly and prompt, even with a small line this morning. I got a half dozen bagels and two cream cheese tubs and was in and out in maybe 5 minutes! The guy on the registers this morning was very nice. Never been to a Brueggar’s before, so I hurried home to try my bagel. It was fantastic! I will be back.

The worst location I have been to, and I have traveled all over the U.S in several states. The sandwich's are horribly made, tasteless, and not consistent with all other locations in different states we have visited. Placed a mobile order, took over 25 minutes, because they waited to make our order. When I placed the order the place was empty, they waited until they got busy and made everyone else's order before ours. Ordered 5 sandwiches along with 2X baked hash browns, I did not get my hash browns. Come to find out they didn't have any, and instead of telling me while waiting or issuing a refund someone wrote "No hash browns" on the bag. I had to go back inside and request a refund, on top of waiting 20+ minutes IN THE STORE for my order. I almost left with out my hash browns or refund, because they did not notify me of this until I asked. The "Manager" looks all of 12 years old, and all of the workers are poorly trained, and uneducated on the menu. This was our first time in Cambridge, from Hawaii. Won't come back to this location! Bad experience.
