Patou in Belmont Center is the best Thai restaurant my family or I have visited in the United States (yes, I’ve had comparable dishes in Thailand). I estimate i have eaten Dan’s cooking (the owner) well north of 50 times.Barring food restrictions, order my go-to and you will not be disappointed:- Siam rolls- Beef satay- crab ragoons- Spicy chicken fried rice- Royal Thai noodles- Green curry with beefFolks don’t realize, however Patou makes their appetizers fresh by hand (including the Siam rolls and crab ragoons above). They also make their own dipping sauces (I’ve encouraged Dan to try and bottle and sell them through Whole Foods).Save yourself a ticket to Thailand, Patou is the real deal. Dan can be seen in the kitchen nearly every day and treats his staff well. 10/10

Nice space. Easy parking. Crab rangoon was good. Nice presentation.Brown rice was good. Seafood dishes had rubbery scallops and portion size was small. Prices were too high for the quality. We won't come back.

Best pad thai and beef satay around, been coming here for years and it’s always delicious

An "ok" at best Thai restaurant. Nothing on the menu is particularly amazing, but nothing is terrible either.

The food here was both fresh and delicious! Started with Shumai and crab Rangoon and the flavors were delicious. Some of the best I have eaten to date. Our server gave us great recommendations and was clearly proud of the food they serve. Highly recommend this place.

ordered Salmon PAD Chee but got a pad Thai because the lady on the phone didn't recognize their own mwn and forgot a salad which seems to be a recurring theme... to be honest it would be a decent place if the service was not so awfu.

Disappointed with their portion, very small and what they called as wild boar Thai Basil. Don’t think it is wild boar at all. Just usual pork meat. But I have to say it was fragrant with Thai basil. The pork meat was too hard and only a few slices, very little amount for the price. I doubt will try other dishes
