I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my friend and I received during our recent visit.Two days ago, while enjoying our coffee with my friend and our children, a staff member approached us and informed us about their noise policy, and asked us to leave because of our toddlers. Despite our children not causing a disturbance, we were asked to leave.It is essential to clarify that we were in a coffee shop, a place for socializing with friends, not a library, theatre, or lecture hall. Our toddlers were behaving appropriately in public settings.This experience left me feeling discriminated against and humiliated. I have never encountered such treatment before.As a loyal customer who values Starbucks' commitment to diversity, I am deeply offended by this experience. I urge you to reevaluate your staff's training on diversity and customer service to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or family composition.I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter promptly and prevent similar incidents in the future.

I’m once again ashamed of people. Today me and my friend visited Starbucks store at Cushing Village 110 Trapelo rd Belmont. We were with our children. One of staff came to us and she said Starbucks has noise policy and we should leave because of children. Literally, they kicked us out! What a shame! Always I visit this store and I saw many times other kids and I never seen staff to warn other parents. This store is not kid-friendly. I can’t believe there is still racism in this century. Starbucks says they support diversity but obviously this store not.. I’m offended and upset. I hope, staff will have training again about diversity and how they learn to be respectful customers doesn’t matter what they are from..

The available one hour parking was just enough time for me to wait for the mobile order I placed before arriving. Seriously, Starbucks used to be higher end. Now it’s overpriced and poor service and poor quality.Parking: Limit one hour, not enough time to do any work of substance.

The barrista was in training, but they did a really good job helping me!!
Employees are nice. Tables outside need to be cleaned, they are dirty! Also, it’s very noisy in the outdoor seating area, especially on garbage day and landscaping (Thursday morning). People smoke too close to the building. Wish there were wipes available for tables.
