This Dunkin is in convenience store in gas station next to our hotel. We ordered from the app twice, and things were ready each time. One time there was an issue as things ordered from the app were not actually available in the Dunkin, but the staff leaders there were very friendly and efficient and fixed the issue.
I was thrilled with the taste of the regular coffee purchased from the Dunkin' Donuts at the Shell station in Berlin, MA. The coffee taste like the original from years past. I'm so happy I live so close! The people working there are very friendly and efficient!

Awesome staff. Young man with the nametag "Ceasar" served me, took less than a minute, and the food tasted great. Also complimented my shoes, and served me with a smile. Will definitely go out of my way to go to this Dunkin location again.
