The food and coffee is very good. When I first started frequenting Crave the service was great. But like any place lately that hires college age adults, you now get the miserable, flat affect greeting that makes you feel that you've annoyed or offended them just by walking in. The girl making the coffee was pleasant enough, but the girl who took our order was the aforementioned sour puss. The counters were filthy and the staff stood by as I cleaned the counter for them. In the past when poorly cleaned a friendly staff came right over to clean and apologize. For me, bad service is a deal breaker. I give two stars for past experiences, but if this were my first time I would give zero if I could.

The Northshore breakfast sandwich is purely addicting and has become my occasional goto. However, I do feel that they get their counter staff from the RMV reject pile. If I'm paying $18 for a really good breakfast sandwich and a very average cold brew, I do not think it's too much to ask for a smile and to be thanked for my business. I was standing with three other customers and we were all in agreement.

Crave, you're my fave, Go to breakfast sandwich THE BEST bacon, egg & cheese you'll have on the northshore!! Tater tots with the special sauce also are amazing they have tons of different options from coffee, teas and lemonades!! I also try and get a special or new menu items. As they always drop new items Eat in or grab and go and head over to one the beautiful local beaches for a view while you eat. Service is always quick and staff is super friendly!!!!

Crave is great. If you are looking for a place to go in, getting waited on and sit for a couple of hours this isn't for you. However, if you are looking for fabulous baked goods, a tasty breakfast sandwich, or a good cup of coffee, then this is a great place to stop by. I go there mostly when I am looking to pick up things to go. I recently brought some blueberry muffins for a friend who had covid. They were very appreciative. All food has a homemade taste, and the people who work here are so sweet and nice. Definitely worth a trip.

I really love this place but they seem to run out of basic core items such as tator tots which are a staple in their menu. They should offer sweet potatoes fries maybe too. Also I haven't been able to order plain black ice teas for weeks now which is very frustrating. The person I called on the phone responded with an answer that they are out of stock and switching over and waiting on a manager. Then she told me she "made that up" ???????? Then told me she didn't know when. It's unfortunate. This is a great breakfast spot. I really like it alot. The food has been very good. Also consistent. It is pricey for breakfast so I would expect maybe better service and stocked items.
