If I could give zero stars I would . Beware! Oay attention to your change and check your receipt ! One of the female workers at the drive through purposefully only handed me change and tried to keep $2.00 she owed me . When I told her I handed her a $5.00 she got upset and took the two dollars she was supposed to give me off the side of the counter -not the register. She also charged me $1.00 for tap water , this may be what this McDonald’s charges but I have never been charged more the $ 0.25 and that’s only been when I ask for a cup of ice.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Take the time out of your day to go the other location in Beverly. Placed a mobile order and said the code via drive through and they said “we no have”. Drove to the window to show receipt of order. They didn’t make it, or refund me. All the employees are incoherent or just simply do not care. Not the first time, but will be certainly be my last inconvenience with that location.

Bought a spicy mccrispy meal and some other things a few weeks ago. Got home. My 7$ sandwich was missing. I ordered from the app and couldn’t get a refund and I called the store. They said I could get a new one next time no problem because they couldn’t give me a refund as it was ordered on the app. Today I go to get my seven dollar sandwich as well as some other ordered items and I’m questioned on who the managers name was etc. etc. and they said they’d give it to me anyways After treating me like I’m trying to rip them off as I just spent another $20.Guess what….i didn’t get it. I’m still owed 7$ sandwich.

I don't know how they manage to forget half of the order, but they managed it. A single hat slice of bacon and one small patty for my "bacon double qpc". Try harder. Do better.

No straw for the drink, burger bun was soggy with grease, ordered a large and got a medium. Come on now get it together. It's not a hard job and the staff act like they don't know what they're doing.

Ordered a bacon egg biscuit and got a sausage English muffin. Nothing like coming off a long shift to have someone screw up your order. Not the first time I’ve got the wrong thing either.

Didn't get my rewards I asked to redeem in store (or any points). Messed up order as well as my friends, no smile and staff was quite irritated to even be there. Fries were hot and crispy

This location may be a little worse than the rest. I'm getting tired of the attitude, "if you don't use our app or the drive-thru, we don't want your business". Three people standing in line, all being ignored. So after 10 minutes I got in my car and went to the drive-thru where the simple cup of hot coffee I ordered was not black as ordered, and was ice cold.

Probably the worst quarter pounder I've ever had in 57 years.No mustard on it. But a glob of mayonnaise as big as a golf ball. A trace of ketchup.They brought the large fries out and I'm not kidding you.... It was halfway full. When I asked him hey can you give me the full order of fries, they took it back to the side and I could see that all they did was shake it and then bring it back to me.They got a leadership problem at this McDonald's.

I just left the McDonald's north Beverly, I ordered a large hot coffee thru the drive-thru. I had the exact change and didn't want any change. Cashier told me I had to tell her beforehand that I had the exact amount and she had already put the bill in the register. The owner who has several restaurants should worry less about his landscaping duties and be in the store. Only went to this location since Rowley closed. Have spent a fair amount of money, close to $1200.00. a year. No more

This location is terrible, owner should be in the restaurant instead of landscaping, I ordered coffee thru drive in, I had exact change. Cashier told me that I had to tell her that it was exact change and she had already put the bill in the machine. Only went to this location since Rowley MDs had fire! I have spent over $1200 yearly in these locations. No more
