Record breakingly unsanitary, food poisoning is not a chance it is guaranteed. The owner Mike has also run business in many illegal ways, lucky it's being reported here and not to massachusetts DTA. While working in the kitchen some of the things I've witnessed first hand are Giving employees 2 different time cards so that only the smaller one will be reported to unemployment, very illegal. Also used to take pictures of my time card every week and the total hours listed on the paycheck every week had hours missing. Also extremely illegal. I heard rumors Mike went to jail for tax evasion although the current employees deny this. I only hope it were true because this was deserved for a long time coming. I've also witnessed Mike himself stir a bucket of pizza sauce with his bare hairy forearm, and never ate food here again. One time doing dishes was told not to use a pair of gloves, and not to use hot water. Killing germs is not the time to save money on your hot water bill. There was also an extremely unsafe leak that on a multi times daily basis would make a pool of water out front to where customers walk. This would constantly be ignored and snarked at when suggesting it be fixed. Good luck Mike

The food was really good in the past. I ordered a 10$ meatball sub. It came with 3 previously frozen meatballs. The meatballs were still cold. I called and they said it is the way it comes. Not tasted like I asked. The cheeses was not on the sandwich. Highly disappointed with the service and the food.

Ordered delivery at 5:43pm. Told delivery by 6:27pm. Arrived at 6:50pm COLD. The restaurant is at 377 Cabot St....I live across from 107 Cabot St..... No long travel or traffic involved! Thin crust pepper/onion/pepperoni pizza $31...... WASTE OF TIME &

I absolutely adore this incredible sub shop, where they serve generously sized portions that never fail to impress me. Their Greek salad with perfectly seasoned blackened chicken is an absolute delight, leaving me satisfied every single time. Moreover, the staff members are incredibly friendly and kind, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Ordered 2 liter bottle of diet Pepsi and theybrought regular Pepsi ...by the time the driver came back with the right soda my sub was ice cold. And I ordered a sausage and meatball combo sub but only got meatballs!; NEVER
Omg idk how this place isn’t rated at a Ten! I eat at least One steak and cheese hoagie a month. I can honestly say ~ this place had THE ABSOLUTE BEST STEAK AND CHEESE IVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF EATING. I mean AMAZING!!! I got it to go and live 45mins away. But am DEFINITELY GOING TO BE COMING BACK FREQUENTLy for your amaazing steak & cheese. This place is just drool worthy! Ppl seemed very kind, courteous and polite. Very clean establishment too.. I’m excited to try more items off your menu??

Had a haddock sandwich. Very generous portion. Easy to split. Seeds on roll, asked to buy another kind of roll and they toasted an onion roll very quickly and did not charge. Nice.

Decent food, great service, the Wednesdays half off pasta deal is a big win!!!My biggest complaint is putting hot food in styrofoam containers… most food service places know that styrofoam coats the hot food and can poison ppl… they apparently don’t care..$12 for 6 fingers and i hope I don’t die tomorrow…I just ate these chicken fingers and they definitely are coated with poison..
