The team at the Starbucks on Elliott Street, Beverly are amazing. Everyday I am served with a smile and friendly words! Victoria, Jay, and the team never disappoint. Such amazing customer service, and over all GREAT service. The whole team is greatly appreciated.

This one has a drive thru. Parking lot is small and shared with other businesses.

It sucks that I waste money on coffee half of the time isn't made with love. I understand that there's a big line in drive thru out the corner of the street I still decide to get out my car for my drink to be made good in not in a rush. You guys have one person attending the front and about 5 attending drive thru I understand it gets hectic but at the same people go there to start their morning with a good drink. I try not to complain because I hate telling someone how to it because it is doable and I'm always being told it's not. There's a lady there that I wished she made my drink all the time I keep forgetting her name. But yea I don't mean to bring anybody down. But at least you guys can show you guys care about the product you putting out. Especially when it's not cheap!!

Clean your bathrooms, absolutely atrocious! These bathrooms were a disgrace and unsanitary! Health violation! Feces smeared all over toilet! Disgusting ?

Everyone who is leaving 1-star reviews is absolutely spot-on. My intention is not to be cruel here, it's just the truth of my experience:Every time I've gone here (and maybe 6-8 times in the last couple months), I am waiting years and years for a single drink. I think they prioritize the Drive-Thru and forget about the in-store orders? Not sure. One time I ordered a matcha latte with "light" ice, and my drink was only filled half way. I paid for a grande so I had to ask them to please fill the rest of the cup. And the woman just dumped a ton of milk into it XDThere was another time I ordered a doppio espresso, and they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked for two shots of espresso with a bit of steamed milk and they said they couldn't do that. So they made a latte instead...?Another time I was at the counter for 12 minutes waiting to order. It was just me. No communication, like "be right there" or "Hi, I'll take your order in just a sec." I felt like I was on Punk'd.Recently, I ordered a breakfast food item and waited at a table for 25-30 minutes with my friend. I finally went up to ask where it was, but not a single worker looked at me. When someone finally addressed me, I asked for my breakfast item and it had been sitting on the other side of their working area, by the drive-thru window. It was cold. And sadly that is the third time that's happened to me with food items at this location. Not as important but for some reason they don't put napkins out and you have to ask for them haha. The atmosphere is nice, I like reading there. I think I keep coming back because it's such a convenient location, and I am just hoping it'll be a better experience. But nah. Same every time. You should still go to Starbucks, just don't go here!

I walked in with my dog to get a puppuccino for him. The women at the counter said right away. We can't allow dogs in the store. I turned around and left. I went to the StarBucks in Target at the liberty tree mall The women there was very nice to me and my dog git him his puppuccino and got a ice coffee for myself You give me grief I leave I am not going to let my dog sit in my car by himself and it is cold out too Beverly StarBucks lost my business I will give my business else where. That is friendly and except me and my dog

Honestly this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever ordered from. I'll put a mobile order in 15 minutes early and still end up waiting 15 + minutes. The employees shouldn't have to be working while getting starred at by room full of customers waiting. Idk what the disconnect is.

I don't typically write reviews like this but this location is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went on a Saturday at approximately 10:40am. My husband placed a mobile order ahead of time. When we got there, the drive thru line was in the street. But my husband went in to grab the order: a coffee, a tea, and a breakfast sandwich. He had to be somewhere at 11am which was right around the corner from the starbucks. At around 10:55am, he came back out empty handed and told me it was a nightmare in there. He took the car to his location as to not be late and I stayed at Starbucks to wait for the order and would walk to meet him afterI had no idea it would be so bad when I walked in. I, no exaggeration, counted over 25 people waiting. Tons of drinks on the counter that were for no one waiting. People just leaving because they could wait no longer. The cashier even started offering refunds to people who could no longer wait. (I'd have got a refund but my husband paid with his card and I decided to wait it out.) There were like 4 or 5 people working, looking miserable which I understand but they were severely disorganized and understaffed. Half my order was ready and then I had to wait for the additional coffee which they made but never called out the name. My sandwich was ice cold. I walked out with my full order at around 11:30pm. I legitimately waited almost an hour for 3 small items (which I did choose to wait but this is absolutely unacceptable.) I will most definitely not return or recommend to anyone. I've been to this location previously as I used to live in Beverly, and they are always very very slow but this was like nothing I've ever seen. The Pic provided shows all the disorganized orders that were for no one who was actually in the store waiting. The crowd of people was only about half of who was waiting also.

Unfortunately this Starbucks is undersized compared to the amount of orders they receive every morning. Waiting an average of 30+ minutes for an order shouldn’t be a thing.
