I really want to like this place, but every time I've been in it has been severely understaffed. Literally there is just one person working behind the counter at any given time, which means a long wait to order and a long wait for your items. The boba teas themselves are good, but I had a very strange experience trying to try one of their waffles. The menu inside says that one can order a "small waffle with ice cream" or a "large waffle with ice cream." There are pictures here in the Google reviews that seem to show those items! But when I tried to order a small waffle with ice cream, the woman at the counter told me that the menu is "wrong" and there is no such thing available. It was very odd!

If all you want is fantastic boba tea with friendly service, this is the place for you. Their menu is extensive, the customizable options are plenty, and prices are good. And the make or break factor with any boba shop is the freshness of the boba. Even though only minutes from closing time, the boba was still perfect! Though not much seating, and sparsely decorated, you will forget that as you play Uno, chess and other games lying around, be filled with joy at the ear-to-ear smiles and contagious laughter coming from the owner, and the incredible taste of their teas and smoothies. Highly recommended!Dietary restrictions: The smoothies are non-dairy, so perfect for my son with a milk allergy.

my experience was awful. I always go to the Salem location and I love it. I tried the Beverly location and they told me that they did not have any Boba and they ran out. then they gave me frozen macaroons. they also charged me as if I got Boba. Six dollars for tea? No way Jose

the boba here is the perfect consistency. i really liked the thai tea. they have plenty of dairy free options/alternatives. service is quick and the cafe itself is spacious and comfy. they also have waffle pops, brownies, bubble egg waffles, slush, smoothies, and ice cream. definitely worth a visit! ?

Sweet Boba is a modern boba shop. With a variety of more trendy flavors and toppings to choose from, it’s a unique place that has opened in Beverly.My personal taste is more on the traditional aspect when it comes to bubble tea, so the drinks here are a little unfamiliar to me. I do though, love their smoothies.Since I was also in a bit of a rush, I haven’t had the chance to try their desserts yet, but I will definitely come back to try the Egg Puffs and Waffle Pops that they provide. (P.S. the cookies and brownies in the jars they have look great.)
