It is about time the north shore got quality sushi, We end up in Boston at least once a week at Fuji or Zuma but no more. The fish was exceptional, uber fresh, an amazing assortment ( monkey trout) and very creative. The hamachi toro melted in my mouth. I am a huge fan of this place. To top it off our waitress was phenomenal. Thrilled to have Taku here Pattip

Jerry runs an absolute gem of a restaurant. The fish he uses is such high quality, it literally melts in your mouth. Not a single thing on his menu disappoints. If youre finding yourself craving the best sushi you will find please stop in.

Stopped by looking for high quality sushi and was not disappointed. Although they were out of O-Toro, seeing the disappointment on my face the host graciously gave us kama toro on the house. Aside from the awesome customer service, the sushi quality was exquisite with a wider variety and personal touches that are hard to find outside of Japan. Will definitely be coming back here, the next time we are in the area!

This was the best sushi I've ever had. My wife's and my favorite has been Genki Ya in Cambridge. We haven't found anything to rival it on the North shore until we came here.Had some great Saki and green tea in a quiet atmosphere. We ordered edamame, fried gyoza and a hamache appetizer. They were all excellent.We got some maki, which were top notch and a hand roll. They brought me tuna instead of salmon but ended up sending a salmon roll and let me keep the tuna. They were both great!Not many dessert options but we left more than satisfied. We will be back!Thank you Taku!!

Best sushi outside of Boston and quite honestly, better than any sushi in Boston. Location is small, very unostentatious and feels like a true hidden gem… although I think the secret might be getting out based on how busy they’ve been lately but it’s truly what they deserve!!
