While this place had good food and drink the service is absolutely lacking. The older gentleman seemed flustered with two orders at the same time and the presumably high-school aged person at the front desk could not get my order right and interrupted me, not rudely, when I tried to clarify my order. I had to repeat myself 3 times to get my order through. And at the end they didn't even charge me correctly, then forgot I ordered a bagel. I reminded them and then I had to be rung up again. Pretty annoying experience overall for an egg bagel with cream cheese ? please be more organized and assign roles to your younger staff to help yourself and improve the customer experience. ?

AMAZING service. When you walk in you are welcomed by Sasha in the warmest way possible. My boyfriend and I walked in about 5 minutes before they close (which we didn’t know) yet we still got the best service possible. Not to even mention how delicious the food is and how precise Sasha is with questioning to make sure we are 100% satisfied.10/10 everytime. We will be frequenting.

Picked up an online order, coffee was good but they ignored the portion amounts on the creamer. Bagels were just OK, but the cream cheese was extremely off putting. It had a grainy texture to it that ruined the entire meal.
