We LOVE What’s Brewin Cafe! The coffee is spectacular (so many delicious flavors and combinations)! The bagels are also fresh and the people who work there are so friendly. An upbeat atmosphere with delicious coffee and food - 10/10

The staff was not friendly. They didn’t know what a cortado was and didn’t know how to make one. Latte and cappuccino tasted very average. The atmosphere inside is so-so. Much better options available in Beverly and Salem.

I went in to check it out and four employees standing around and one woman working, all saw me just kept talking with each other. The staff had no sense of urgency or recognize when someone needs help. The one woman making everything seemed disgruntled by everything and I don't blame her. The person with pink hair had her phone out and it was all around unprofessional.
