Been ordering from this place for almost over a year. There is one store near my house on Drumhill Road, but i rather drive extra miles to come to this store.Orders are always ready before time at this location.

This Chipotle location is the best one. The people that works there always receive you with a loud greeting "Welcome to Chipotle!", they take the orders with enthusiasm and are very generous with the portions. Great management.

Place is filthy, dirty tables, dirty floors, the rice wasn’t even cooked, steak was horrible took 3 bites and threw it to the birds in the parking lot, tried to get a refund they told me to screw literally! Last time being ripped by them.

Ordered for collection - bowl was about 1/3 full. I had asked for no rice which seemingly they took to mean no rice and half a spoon of anything else. I could count the pieces of lettuce in the bowl basically. Very disappointed as I normally have a pretty good experience. Seems the customer loses out when it's an order for collection vs in person.

First time here. Staff was very pleasant and very busy the whole half hour we were there. They all worked well together and got lots of food out the door. And the food!! We had the Carne asada bowls and they were wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

This was by far the filthiest and disorganized chipotle I’ve ever encountered. The two employees were friendly but they had their personal music blaring during my visit, there were chairs scattered everywhere, food all over the tables, trash overflowing, no utensils to grab, trash and food all over the soda fountain/utensil area, etc. I was asked for my name for my order, and I grabbed it off of the shelf, my large queso and chips were missing, they stated that they “had no chips, but that they could provide me with the large queso anyways (which was paid for so I’m not sure why I needed to ask for the queso). I arrive home and open the burrito bowl lid only to learn that my order consisted of rice, protein, and queen, nothing else. I did not receive the corn salsa, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, pico, cheese, or anything else I ordered to top my burrito bowl, I was appalled. The two employees were friendly but this location needs some serious assistance, I’m surprised the board of health hasn’t paid a visit yet.. Would not even want to set foot in the bathrooms based on what the dining area appeared to be.

The fall in quality of Chipotle needs to be studied one day. $21 dollars for a bowl with a side of chip.s. With the majority white rice and a half of scoop of protein served by a crew stoned out of their mind with the manager being mean to their employees. Is this a joke? Chipotle seems to really try to see how bad they can become while customer's will tolerate them. Well today was it for me. After this $20+ dollar meal for a bowl + chips with next to know protein, seeing employees frusturated and unhappy I am DONE!Never again will I eat Chipotle and I look forward to watching this company crumble into bankruptcy because they tried to squeeze their consumer for more and more profits while cutting costs at every corner.Looking forward to watching Chipotle's inevitable demise! Peace!!

Never stocked, burrito can’t be wrapped by most and you don’t sit down to eat it it will explode, no ice or utensils and when staff were informed it didn’t get restocked. Staff is friendly though.
