I usually come here every now and then to get breakfast, or a two cheeseburger meal. I recently started using the mobile app, and decided to do curb side pick up today. Not only did it already take long for it to come out, once I drove all the way home, and didn’t check my order… turns out my cheeseburger was missing the main ingredients… THE BURGER to the cheese and bread. Complete waste of time/money/gas. If I wanted cheese and bread I could have slapped some American cheese on toast at home and called it a day.It’s absurd not only that I would have to check to make sure everything’s there in the bag, but now have to open up my sandwiches to make sure they have everything. Sad!

My order is always missing food. The staff treats it like it's my fault they didn't put the food in the bag. The people that work here park their vehicles in the curside spots so they don't have to bring food out.Wheelchair accessibility: They like to mistreat handicap people at this location.

Food usually good but what's the deal with the drive-thru lane order queue inconsistency? More often than not, one lane will take 4-5 orders while the other, even though it has the same number of cars, will take 1 order. The result is like a 5:1 ratio, so if you pick the wrong lane, you end up being served after people who have arrived and not had to wait.I have been stuck in Lane 2 while the car in front of me waits to order, but lane 1 will continuously take orders. I'll wait 10 minutes to place an order, but meanwhile cars that just arrived in the other lane will be given priority and have their order taken and be pushed through to the window. Why not just alternate back and forth?
