It’s a normal subway. Cheaper than Jersey Mike’s.

We usually get a veggie subway as lunch from this place, they use fresh veggies, bread and spread generously.

The employees are brave and bright.Accessibility is not good, but I think I'll stop by once in a while. The bread and ingredients seem to be fresh.

i was a constant constituent of this Subway since I work right down the road, but after today, I will never step foot there again. I work in a field that doesn't allow me to get away and pick up my own food (sadly) I order it online and get it delivered.Sounds like a good deal, but it's not in the case of this place. My order was left on the counter while another person's order was delivered with a similar name but not last name so my name on the label was Matthew R, the one I got was Matt M.So I can understand the mistake, but when they used a third party to deliver the order, and the person picking up asks for a name, and you know you have two people with the same name there, shouldn't you verify before letting food leave the store? You would think so, the people there did not.I attempted to call, it took five attempts to get a person on the phone, their excuse was "they are always busy". I was nice on the phone, saying my order was not delivered and I got the wrong one. I was transferred (by hand) to someone who could speak fluent English, and they made an excuse that the person that picked up the sub made the error, and that they can't be held accountable because they are busy.I said I would be down to get my sub, the woman on the other side could care less and hung up on me.I drove down (it took less than 3 minutes) and I walked in. I looked around, there was one person eating at a table, and another two in line while there were three people (not including myself) This subway was far from being "busy".I was asked if I could be helped, I handed back the old subs saying that the wrong order was delivered. The same woman that hung up on me, came out from the back tall girl, rainbow hair in a makeshift bun and full of attitude outright. Telling me that they were busy and that when the driver came in they handed the sub to the person. As she said on the phone...My issue here is that I worked in a restraint that did 1000 plates during a shift, this girl doesn't know what busy is... and I can tell you right now that if you didn't verify that the plate was to go to a specific table you would be in for a night of pain, for one mistake backed up everything. This "Rainbow Girl" was arrogant, gave attitude, and completely ignorant of understanding how to handle a customer, instead of calming down the situation she made it worse.I will never go back to this Subway again, and I suggest until management changes, or changes personnel there, I would suggest people to avoid this place like the plague. For if they can't verify orders before going out the door, what chance do you think you have of actually getting good service there even in person?

Tbh it’s not as busy when I go so that’s why I come here. But, they need to be changing their lettuce more frequently because I avoided getting lettuce since It was very clearly old and going bad. Just follow the rules and instructions on food safety and maybe this would be avoided.

Billerica location Middlesex turnpike...doesn't accept coupons from young teenagers...then doesn't tell them until all their sandwiches are made ...forcing them to pay full price for a sandwich that an adult will get for a discounted price from a simple coupon...What a crook these people are.

It's a Subway that delivers on expectations.

I have been to subways the world over. Japan, Europe, Canada, most major American cities. I have probably eaten thousands of subway sandwiches in my 35 years on planet earth. Never have I seen a sandwich prepared with such care. The woman at this subway literally spaced out my cucumbers down to the millimeter so that they symmetrically covered the entire twelve inches. It was magical. She then sauced the sub with exactly two perfect lines of sauce of equal thickness. She wrapped that s***** so tight it looked like it had been mummified. Wow. Just wow Bethany, wow. If Subway employees are sandwich artists, than this woman is Michelangelo.

Thanks for having Habinero wraps still
