I like supporting local business and had frequently ordered from Pizza Mia. Placed a rather large order on line for delivery. Upon receiving the emailed receipt I see additional charges for an over $100 order that i have never seen as well as charges for things included on a wrap. When I called and asked I was told that the over $100 order is an automatic gratuity they add. As for the other charges it was an error. The only solution that "Bruno" had for me was to cancel this order. He had no desire to address my concerns and would rather just lose the whole order! He canceled the order and when I asked for the refund receipt to be sent to me I was told "Don't Worry"! I called on Monday to inquire about the refund and was told it takes a day or two. I called on Wednesday as there is still no refund to my account he told me he would no longer speak with me and that I need to be patient. It takes a few days! Stay as far away from this place as possible! They don't care about customers! They just want your money and when they are at fault they do nothing to fix it. I am still waiting for my $130 refund and they will not answer me.

I was trying to support a local business tonight. Pizza Mia is the RUDEST company I have ever spoken to. I am appalled at how I was treated on the phone tonight. It was so disrespectful and I was basically called stupid. I ordered a sub and asked for the Cajun sauce to be put on the side in the special requests because I wanted to try it. The sub came with the Cajun sauce on the chicken. The chicken came with the Cajun sauce on it. I tried to eat it, but it was way too spicy. I called to see if I could pick up a new one or have a refund. the owner argued with me, basically called me stupid for not ordering it right, and that the kitchen does not need to accommodate my request to have the sauce on the side. He blamed me and said it was a me problem and he would not accommodate a refund. I was literally arguing with the guy. It was horrible and so rude!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. THAT GUY IS THE WORST!!! No apology. Nothing.

service was excellent ,enjoyed the Chicken Salad, best sandwich on the menu . bar is very friendly and can accomendate larger parties. staff is very friendly. Cant wait to return

We went in specifically to try the Sicilian pizza (square with no crust on edges) because my friend's wife needed something which would be softer to chew/eat. Go in and sit down. Automatically notice a few locals at the bar watching TV and eating their meals (NOT sitting 6 feet a part at all: not even 3 feet a part!!). We get seated and I asked if we could sit farther away from the bathroom entrance just to lessen the chances of people walking past us at all. I am not paranoid about C-19, but minor precautions DO help everyone IMHO. The Sicilian pizza was a great disappointment: it was seasoned OK, but the crust wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese on top was almost charred. It seemed fine so we just ate it. Crust was nothing to talk about - NOT the same crust as regular pizza that is all I could tell. May be the thinner crust Italian style pizza is better?! Unsure ..... don't know if my buddy would be brave enough to go back to eat there a second time! I have a strong stomach for seasoned things. Would I go there again? Sure, I would want to see if their other pizza would be better, but my friend can't be convinced so if I go I will just go take out. LOL. Give then a chance and see for yourself. I suggest to PASS on the Sicilian pizza though. :D YMMV.

we order pizza took 45 minutes to get and cold. The place wasn't really busy so don't know why. Brought pizza to table and took off. We would order a new one but didn't other 45 minutes to wait. After we finished the cold pizza we had to wait 15 minutes to get check. Never ask how anything was . We go there every week for a pizza but will have second taught now.

We had an extraordinary time at this restaurant. We enjoyed the amazing environment and the food. The waiters were super amiable. I’m content we finally decided to visit this spot.

We simply ordered a 'to-go' order while we stayed at a nearby hotel. We picked it up and was very pleased with all of it. Portions are huge - if you're a small dish person you will have left overs!

Traveling thru the area and ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was hot and tasty when I got it. Staff was polite and served me fast. I noticed the menu was extensive with many sandwiches and Italian dishes. Facility was clean so I opted to take a seat.
