Stop advertising online as being 24/7 when none of your locations in Boston are 24/7. Otherwise people (definitely not me) will bike to each 7/11 thinking they're open. You're a $40bn company, maybe list the correct hours online

They say they don't serve decaf coffee. I never went to 7-Eleven that did not have decaf coffee.

Very selective customer service. The customer in front of me and the customer behind me, both got a friendly " hello". Not me.I hate selective friendly service.

Not open 24/7!!!! Seriously update your hours if you are not open 24/7. On google search it still says you guys are open at night but you are not. It’s really not convenient to make a trip in the middle of the night just to find out the store is closed!!!

I like this store and the guys who work here. Although occasionally i do come across inventory that is moldy/bad. Bought a hostess cake a month back that was way expired. Just be aware of that possibility before you get to the checkout.

Store has lots of the type of merchandise one would hope to find in a 7-Eleven Store.

Staff was helpful but your system adding new member stinks.

Careful if you plan on parking to jump into this 7-Eleven to grab a soft drink or cigarettes, the city keeps a meter-maid on the block and it's unlikely they will miss a trick.

I had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven location. It's really bad. They didn't check their breads which go with hot dog (name "big bite" on the menu). These breads is stale. I didn't realize the bread I ate that was a stale bread after I saw it at the bottom. Horrible experience. Please check your foods or any products that you sell for customers whether it is expired date or not. Because that can cause a bad health to the consumer. Please do ethical business.

This place is just reopening after being closed for a yr and a half. The original owners were very good, friendly and quick, but the new franchisee and general help save 1 or 2, are discouteous, backbiting, lazy and noisy. Old sale signs still hanging up a few weeks late, mismarked or unmarked prices. No you can't order some hash browns. No you can't use the microwave to heat your soup ... blah-blah-blah, ad infinitum. Methinks they don't like their newly chosen business. Neither do I; see ya! There's a MUCH nicer 7-11 operated by good people, (4.5 stars, from me) a family, I think, one block north at Copley on Dartmouth St.

BEWARE!! Cold Brew Coffee ANY SIZE for $0.99!! Classic BAIT AND SWITCH. A sales tactic in which a customer is attracted by the $0.99 Cold Brew advertisement but ends up with flavored (Mocha or French Vanilla) REGULAR Iced Coffee - Here's the Kicker!! It's being dispensed out of the COLD BREW Coffee machine. AHHHH, so classic!! After a quick taste realizing that it's NOT REALLY COLD BREW the Owner says (for the 2nd time), that it will be in next week. Yeah, Okay, Sir. I'll be back, but VERY CAUTIOUS.
