For a chain restaurant pub type place, 99's are great. I also appreciate how they consistently have solid vegetarian (and even vegan) options is why I'm giving them a 4 star - it's an outperform for it's class in this regard, ex: lightly fried tempura-style cauliflower with a spicy Sriracha ranch sauce ?At this location, really chill, friendly and efficient service, I'll be back!

We waited a while to be seated despite plenty of empty tables - I assume they were understaffed. When we went to our table I noticed many tables had yet to be cleared. The burger I got was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for, simple but effective. The skillet cookie they offer for dessert was also excellent.

Probably the most racist establishment I’ve ever been to ..Came in with my teammates to dine in and they placed 5 of us in the very back in a booth we could not fit and and refused or acted as if there were no other tables that could seat a party of 5. We ordered appetizers (salads) and we did not receive our salads for 45 minutes. And they did not come out with our meals for a whole hour to the point to where we wanted to get our food to go. They tried to falsely charge me for a salad that I did not order and decided to up charge me for Mac and cheese even though my order came with 2 sides with Mac and cheese being my second side. And they still up charged me. Overall terrible service and blatant racism.
We love this place for cheap food, been coming here since I was a kid. Very consistent, tons of bang for your buck, excellent atmosphere. Popcorn is a plus as well.

99 restaurant was my favorite place to eat at and in December me and my family ate there we was al smiles then we came home got relaxed went to sleep and at 2am I woke up puking then all the rest of my family was throwing up and pooping on our selves emergency room visit was needed I called the store and told them what happend I was suppose to get a call back or a sorry but I haven't gotten anything from them it's now Feb 2024 yall ruined our Christmas and my daughter's birthday I'm waiting to hear back from the district manager I'm so ashamed to even eat out anymore because how this resurant doesn't care about the health of they customers .. never again

Ordered steak tips rare and they came out twice well done. It was taken off the bill but was never offered anything else. Left w/o eating dinner. Thank goodness I had the soup which came out 5 minutes before my dinner came.
