Line was a little long, especially for a Wednesday, but it was well worth the wait and the prices were very low. All burrito ingredients were quality and it was filled just the right amount so it was full but still easy to eat. I recommend Al pastor.

No tasty, they add more items that I can’t eat but I payed for cheese and no cheese on it. I used to be a dine in costumer but my last deliveries experiences was terrible!

Stood there for 10 minutes nobody seemed to want to serve me, watched multiple people come in and out, not sure what I was doing wrong. Try Taco Bell if you want decent

Queen of Boston taquerias. Food had: veggie burrito. Grilled veggies are good. Many locations. Price is ok. You can see and guide the burrito they're making for you. Very sloppy with keeping vegetarian ingredients separated from meat, need more training. Hot sauce it's disappointing and there is no variety.Vegetarian options: Very sloppy keeping veggie items separate. They use the same ladles, let them before ladles touch the meat on others' food (orders go down the line, factory style). Need more training.

Steak burrito was disgusting. Worst Mexican burrito I've ever had. Meat tasted old. The food was tasteless and bland. It seemed like it was reheated or microwaved rather than freshly prepared. I couldn't even finish my meal because it was so unappetizing

Literally next to zero flavor in my chicken burrito. Chipotle or Qdoba are both way better. Edible, but flavorless and do not recommend.

There are not many places left for a good, quick, reasonably priced lunch. I like the salad bowls.

Food here is still good but staff doesn’t care at all here. More indifferent than rude?

Amazing flavorful food. Try the build your own burrito. Yummy & fresh. It’s not greasy. And pretty cheap prizes for great portions !

Unfortunately, the burrito was flavorless. Plus it’s not nice to charge extra for cheese.

Great steak burrito! Service is excellent! Like the setup and easy to walk they and order! My first time, co-workers return visit twice a week! I'm happy I went on with them, and I will return!

I've loved going to Anna's for many years. I used to frequent the Porter Square location more than I care to admit. However since Covid I've never gotten the same experience. Unfortunately they stopped breakfast, which was amazing! My other gripe is the quality of meat has seemingly gone way down. It seems like every bite of meat is not tender and has gristle. Perhaps they changed vendors in the past couple years. Either way I miss their ingredients and options from 5 years ago.

A local favorite. Great authentic Mexican food. No frills stuffed to the gills.

Food is not great. They don’t even have water to drink. Not impressed with this place at all.

Anna’s is timeless flavor and consistency. The super quesadilla w all the fixings thrown in was a staple of my college diet and it tastes exactly the same now as it did then.Deeeeeeelish.
