The food is great, the baristas are kind, and the service is quick. I’ve stopped going to the Dunkin’s here in South Station since. I’ll definitely be back.

I used to love this place - what happened? Staff was rude & he overcharged me for the worst plain croissant I've ever had in my life - I fed half of it to the South Station pigeons.

I got coffee and breakfast here many times this year on my commute and was previously always greeted with a smile from wonderful staff who gave perfect service while showing sisterhood in their interactions with each other. I also witnessed the manager defending her staff at one incident of extremely rude customer. This morning was _very_ different. I only recognized one person from earlier staff, the rest of the staff were completely male and new faces, which is fine until when I approached to order, the person who was supposed to be taking my order took a whole minute while staring at their phone before acknowledging me or making eye contact, did not exchange a single word during my order process or even a thank you when I ordered. As I waited for my order I noticed zero positive interactions in the formerly lively working environment and then when I got my order and looked for napkins I found they were not available. I found a dispenser that was placed on ten side facing towards staff instead of customers who need them and assumed that was a mistake and turned it toward myself to pick up some. Once I got some napkins one of the new staff members said "are you done?" clearly unhappy and turned the napkins dispenser backwards such that it is not available to the customers. When I was surprised and asked "why not face it to customers?" He said "because..." in a short and dismissive manner. I asked "Did the owner change?" and he nodded yes. A place who treats paying customers dismissively for trying to acquire paper napkins?!! No thank you! I am very sad for the old staff who were clearly good friends within themselves and very welcoming and friendly to customers. This place is not getting any more of my business.

Lovely attendance, I got a problem with my card when paying for my coffee and they were nice and patient with me. Ended up getting a coffee for free, which made my day

went to catch a train and had to wait so got a sandwich at ABP didnt know they were around anymore. I asked the manager what to eat and she said chipolte turkey she was right it was good. She was friendly and she even made my sandwich. I was talking to her and saw her name tag it said Meridith she was very friendly and helped me find the train and even talked me into a cookie for the ride. I work in Boston 3 times a week Ill be back.

The food was decent (I had a tuna sandwich and some pastries) but the staff was rude. The person who rung me up looked at me like I was insane when I ordered one of the pastries (she didn't want to find out what it was and sighed when she had to go and grab it). Also been told by friends who work in the area that the manager is extremely abusive to the bank employees near by (yelling at them for change and throwing a tantrum when he doesn't get his way). I say steer clear of this place and grab food elsewhere in South Station.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich for lunch. $9.00 for a croissant sandwich which was stale and tasted of freezer burn. It's a convenient place for lunch since I work across the street but I won't be going back for a sandwich.

After all the negative reviews, I was really ready to hate this place, but I went anyway because it's the last place in South Station that I haven't eaten at, and I wanted to complete the cycle.Honestly, it was pretty good! I got a turkey club (trying to play it safe) - toasted sourdough bread, warm bacon, fresh greens and tomato, and plenty of mayo. They nailed it! Service was efficient, but not friendly (par for the course at South Station in the evening), and I wished that the price was between $8 and $9, instead of over $10, but that's what you get for eating at South Station in downtown Boston. In the end, I think this spot is one of the better food options in South Station!

This is unfortunately one of the better options for breakfast/lunch foods but it isn't exactly great. The food is mostly just reheated/toasted and quickly thrown together. They seem to have all their inefficiencies down! T hey don't really take the time to call out your name so have to be close by watching them make your food. Double check everything because they easily forget what was on the reciept. The cashiers aren't really that much better with their bland mannerisms. Best to be prepared with what you want prior to getting online.

Forgot about our order and instead of apologizing doubled up and tried to turn the tables by demanding a receipt from my black teenager son. Not sure what that's about and why not ask the cashier next to her who just took our money but stinks to high heavens like profiling. Never asked me for a receipt. Apology is one thing we didn't get, just a touch of attitude.

The people that work here are very friendly but the food is pretty bad. There's just something off. It's not over cooked or anything just the flavor combinations seem to be like pretty terrible

Worst customer service I've experienced. Very moody staff at the register and poor quality in making the food.
