Stopped to have dinner with my boyfriend. Very friendly stuff!Ordered 2 soups: 3 beans chilli and butternut+apple - both good and tasty.Additionally had southwest chicken salad - it was good, lots of greens and beans, dressing was tasty.And classic fries - good!Atmosphere is good for a casual dinner. Nice seating options, cozy lighting. Toilet is very clean - it’s an important marker for me.Would recommend for a low key meal!

This place was an okay place to eat. It takes a while for the food to be cooked for a place like this, and the ketchup and fries were a meh for me. The brochure burger bun and the burger was good though. It has a pretty unique design though not gonna lie.

I waited over 25 minutes for my food that I ordered online. Then I was informed that the online system was down and orders were not coming through. The supe wrote down my name and order and gave the paper to the kitchen staff.The kitchen staff somehow did not see the paper(?) and continued making other orders. They tried to give me another customer’s order 3 or 4 separate times. Then they asked me what I ordered and were going to write it down. I told them supe already wrote down my order. More time goes by and they again offer me someone else’s order. Supe sees this and speaks to the kitchen staff. They finally make my order and give it to me. I get back to work to find that they mixed my order up with someone else’s so my sandwich had toppings and sauces I had not ordered. I returned to B.Good. They remade the sandwich immediately. I went back to work and it tasted like disappointment.I will find a new spot for lunch. Today’s experience, in addition to another experience (I ordered only fries and the kitchen staff goofed about while things were slow and only started making my fries after about 20 minutes - I had to get back to work before getting my fries. Note: the manager later refunded me) have left a sour taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend this place. Way too disorganized with making orders incorrectly and attempting to give food to the wrong customer multiple times.

We stopped in here for a quick bite while walking the Freedom Trail in Boston. We ordered a classic burger, classic fries and a side salad. The salad was good sized and the dressing was good. The fries were good as was the burger. The burger was surprisingly juicy. The only problem is that both the burger and fries lacked any flavor. There was plenty of seating. We liked sitting at the window seats looking outside.

Kind of the worst burger I’ve ever had. Walked in because shake shack was completely full and this place wasn’t (a mistake).It took 20 minutes to make two burgers when we were the only people sitting in the restaurant. They were made completely wrong. Rather than waiting another 20 minutes for new burgers we just ate them.The burger patties had no seasoning or flavor to them, and the meat tasted a bit old and borderline gross. Absolutely drowning in Dijon and pickled jalapeños that no one ordered. Staff was nice and helpful.I expect a $10 plain burger to at least not be gross.

Came here by accident as got the wrong place but was so hungry by this point just bit the bullet. Food awful. Stinks of month old reused oil. Staff were unhappy, working super hard in the kitchen. No thanks. Never again.
