We discovered this restaurant around mid-afternoon after doing tourist stuff in Boston for hours. It was fairly quiet since it was in between lunch and dinner. My husband and I both ordered the chicken strip sandwich and it was pretty good. We shared some sweet potato fries, which were also very tasty. The drinks were OK and the staff was quite friendly.

The store itself is very aesthetically pleasing with plants and cute decor. The server was also respectful. However, the food was very meh. The sweet potato fries were good and crispy. They were warm so I think they were fresh. However, I got a buffalo/ranch chicken sandwich with grilled chicken and the chicken in my sandwich was very cold and also hard to bite into. I am not sure if the chicken was taken out of the fridge and thawed or something. Maybe it could have been overcooked? I did not think that $10 would get me a cold sandwich. The sauces and veggies in the sandwich were decent though. Overall the sandwich could have been better but it kept me full.

Might as well go to BK's (Burger King) for their "impossible burger" (veggie/vegan alternative) about sums it up.. Hadn't been here for quite awhile (more than 2 years) and was well.. disapointed. Their veggie burger alternative and prep were wholly underwhelming, not very pallet satisfying (but nontheless it does fill the belly and stops the hunger pangs), so as "filler" its ok.. This outfits claims to fame are the sourcing of natural ingredients locally. That's all well and good but this same fresh produce needs to taste satisfyingly good to get my business.. Their regular fries as well left a lot to be desired.. McD's fries or BK's fries taste much better! and are no where near as salty.. I was headed to BonME, next door to this place to get my usual satisfying Asian/Viet Stir Fry fusion bowl, but they were closed and this place was open and i was very hungry.. I shoulda checked Clover around the corner in hindsight to see if they were open bcs they are usually very tasty and real good as well.. Normally i try to hit one of my 3 takeout faves, BonME, The GrainMaker or HoneyGrow, delish faves.. but being a holiday hadda settle for this place.. The service at the register was not the best.. didnt speak english at all and very hard to understand, although one of their prep people did. Took a long time to prep my order as well while i waited for a simple burger + fries to go..

The last time i ate at Bgood was before the pandemic. I recently went to one in Longwood medical area in Boston. Stopped in for lunch after a medical appointment and was surprised to see the new menu options. I tried the Tuscan bowl made with eggplant meatballs, Parmesan cheese and kale. It was very tasty and was a good choice for comfort food. There are days i know i should eat a salad but crave hot meals. This definitely filled my appetite.

Absolutely delicious and fresh! Love the cheeseburger and baked fries...even the roasted veggies. Super friendly staff, too. Well done!!

Friendly employees and quick service. I like the dine in option. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

$13 plus tax and tip for a salad ordered online for pick up and they forget the avocado. Then when I take the time to contact them, I get no response. Sorry, I hate leaving a low mark but I feel ripped off.

Sadly, this location has notably declined over the past two years. Last year's menu overhaul replaced many of the best items with bland and unappealing options. Notoriously, the amazing Mediterranean chicken & farro salad was revamped into a far inferior "Mediterranean" bowl that absurdly contained both unseasoned white beans and white bean hummus. Recently, it seems like B.GOOD has finally listened. They've revived some old favorites and nixed the Mediterranean beanfest and other menu disasters. On the B.GOOD app, they're also offering 25-50% discounts to try new menu items and proactively asking for customer feedback. The smoked trout salad comes with nicely seasoned trout, hard-boiled egg, among other toppings. However, the salad greens themselves were mostly browning or wilted. I had to throw most of them out. The forager bowl is a blend of roasted veggies and quinoa, topped with an egg and crispy shallots. The veggies were fresh but somewhat bland, and the small portion would probably not be filling for most folks. I'm glad B.GOOD is trying to return to the right path, but they're still falling far short of where they used to be in freshness and flavor. Here's hoping they can continue improving and begin to hold their own against the sweetgreen next door.

Gluten free bun is amazing, and the baked fries are so good

3/5 and not 5/5 because they changed their menu (seasonally) and no longer offer the only 2 burger/ sandwich items I ordered. Burgers and sandwiches don't have seasons. Bring back the normal menu and I'll be back.

I wanted to try out the farm to table concept here for lunch. They have a good variety of burgers and sandwiches both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. I had the veggie bean patty burger with chipotle aiole and avocado. I also ordered a kale smoothie and regular fries. The burger was tasty and seemed healthy. The fries were ok but the smoothie was really delicious. They also have guest WiFi if you want to work with ample seating inside.
