I was recently in for a smoothie only to find out that the blender the employee was using was the one he made with prior without any sanitary cleaning.

Excellent vegetarian food choices. Good quality and freshly made. This location is in a Northeastern University activity center and was quite packed at lunchtime during the school day. Otherwise, I'm very glad we stopped. Nice coffee shop nearby too.

The food here was surprisingly good. The restaurant was adjacent to the Northeastern University food court though it wasn't clear if it was related or not. They did state they took NU dining plans. The service was a bit slow, but it was at the end of the day on a Sunday so it's not surprising that things were a little slow. The fries were hot and crisp and well seasoned. The quinoa and kale salad was better than usual expected. It definetly hit the spot. Would highly recommend it. We are outside toward sunset which was nice. It's right across the street from a T stop and there was a lot of foot traffic from the University. It was a good place to people watch.

Overall, it’s an alright place, with offerings of smoothies, burgers, salads, and sandwiches. I think it serves the purpose of a burger joint on a college campus, with reasonably priced food.Dietary restrictions: They offer options for vegetarians and vegans.

The customer service was really bad. When we didn’t finish our food we asked for a Togo container and was told that it was only for salads. When I questioned this statement I was told I was being rude. When I indicated I wasn’t being rude I just didn’t understand why I could not have a Togo container or another bag he walked off. When he came back and I asked if I could just have a bag, he said just wait and then gave me a bowl without a lid. At this point we just threw away the food and left.

At the airport, the staff were very nice, but it looks like they were very short staffed. The ice machine did not work , trash at the counter where you get your napkins ketchup and mustard was overflowing onto the counters. You need a better system for calling out orders such as a screen that says when an orde is ready versus somebody screaming every order out multiple times. Not a pleasant experience. Tables were dirty and not once did I see anybody Come out and wipe them down but again my guess is they’re very short staffed. I got the buffalo chicken with blue cheese and did not get the blue cheese. I like spicy food but the buffalo chicken strips were way too spicy . Also ordered regular french fries walked away with my brown bag and cold sweet potato fries.

Really nice healthy food with a full range of salad bowls as well as burgers and fries. It was a relief to grab lunch there after a string of heavier meals.

Really disappointed in this food. I spent over $25 for a basically inedible lunch. They forgot both of the extra sauces that I paid for, the sandwich is a soggy, sad, mess. It seriously looks like someone just smashed it in the bag. This was a first and last visit. The gentleman that gave me my food was really great and nice though.I just wish the food was worth the price. Now, I'm out $25, and still hungry, and can't afford to go anywhere else.
