I have been a fan of this place for a while but recent order (yesterday) has got me so disappointed that now I won’t be ordering from here anymore. The wings I received were not even chewable and so stale. Very disappointed with the quality of food.

We ordered pick up around lunch time and the chicken was cold.They had the audacity to tell us that the chicken got cold in 15mins (from order to pickup) we got there. Cooking time should be at least 7 mins so the chicken got cold in 7 mins they are claiming. From the taste and the temperature it was clear that the chicken was from last night. From the taste and the texture we could tell this was cooked a long time ago(기름 쩐내가 진동)The waitress girl told me that they always fry their chickens at 10am every morning so it probably wasnt from last night (?!!) cooking 3.5 hrs ago is also not ok. Im pretty sure this is a health code violation.The manager was supposed to call us back m. Its been 2 hrs. They just dont care I guess. I hope they care when the city inspectors come.

The chicken wings leave something to be desired. The wings my partner and I ordered arrived cold, not hot, not warm, but cold - like the chicken had been cooked hours prior and just sat out for hours before we received it. There was only about 15 minutes between when we ordered and when we received the food. There's no way freshly cooked fried chicken could have gotten that cold that fast.Also, the fried chicken had no flavor. The plain chicken tastes like it doesn't have any seasoning whatsoever. And the spicy chicken is just the unflavored chicken drizzled with some kind of hot sauce, so the spicy chicken isn't very crispy, there is no dry seasoning added to the spicy chicken. I hope you like cold wet fried chicken.The order was 30 bucks for about 12 terrible wings. Save your money and your taste buds and eat somewhere else.

The food is pretty good, but their operations needs some serious work.I first ordered Doordash delivery, and they swapped my order with another customer's UberEats order that had the same first name. So I was delivered some random food and had to get a refund through Doordash. It was a busy Friday evening, so I figure I'll give them a second chance.So I then recently ordered take out for Saturday lunch when it was not busy. I specifically did take out so that I could go myself double check that they are actually giving me the correct order. I go there and the receipt is correct, but after I get home and open the box, I see that instead of what I ordered (whole chicken), they gave me only a half order of chicken. So I had to call them, have them make the 2nd half of my order, and go back a second time to pick up the rest of my food.This level of execution is sloppy. They've gotten my order wrong two times in a row. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... and it's hard to want to come back if they keep messing up my order.

Don't get your Korean fried chicken here. I love the BBQ Chicken chain, but this location's chicken was so awful, I just threw it in the garbage. The chicken was so dry, and my cheesling chicken was tossed so badly. It was unevenly coated, and I could literally taste the fried egg that was part of the batter on top of the chicken skin. I've had cheesling at other franchise locations, but this one was like a different flavor entirely. Don't get the original spicy flavor too, that flavor is just American fried chicken with a little spicy kick. It is literally even drier and comparable to subpar kfc. They also forgot to give me the pickled radishes with my order, but it probably would have been just as awful from what I deduce. Tell me why my mozzarella sticks were also just a cold hard block of mozzarella with a fried outer coating. Ick, so gross. Honestly don't know how you can miss on every single item. I'm never eating at this location again.

Ordered chicken for super bowl Sunday. Got the text that it was ready at 615pm. I was at the store at 610pm and Store was packed with unhappy customers waiting for their order. The whole system is breaking down. If you can't service the orders, please shut the ordering system down. They allowed customers to order but kept them waiting. I finally got the chicken by 655 because I went to the front of the pickup line and voiced my complaint loudly.

I went there and no one greeted me at all, even two of waitress were available so I assume I need to make the order by myself. So I made the order on the machine and left TIPs, then that’s the time, one lady came to me and I asked if I can have a table. But she said you cannot eat here, even you just made the order. This is the take out only, and you cannot dine here. I don’t give bad review often. And this is very rude.
