Nice place and the waiter was friendly, but i don’t think the support staff should be standing at their station shoving food down into their mouth and guzzling down beverages in front of customers. Not professional at all. I will never go back.

Small rooms, weak cocktails and a broken towel heater to top it off.Hoped it would be better, and hope they’ll sort their issues and clean out the management team.

If I could go 0/5 stars I would overall: the hotel itself is fine, the staff were good, but the major miss and the 0/5: my wife received a gift card for our stay, and it was clear at the time of purchase that the intent was this to be for a stay at the hotel, not for food. We presented the gift card at check in and it had $0 on it, and they said they would look into it, while also putting our card on file. It was PAINFUL to get the charge reverse and the gift card sorted: poor communication, no apology and us chasing the management team down to sort this out, lasting several weeks.Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

I accidentally went to the wrong Beacon Hotel and the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. They assisted me with getting to the right hotel and offered e espresso. I will definitely be back to visit.

We come to the BHH weekly for dinner, the place is beautiful and the the staff is always so lovely! The food is phenomenal, we tell everyone visiting the area to eat here! They recently opened up their roof for cocktails which is such a hit to be able to people watch on Charles street!

I have come here twice & both times the service at the bar has been horrible. If you’re under 40, you are looked down upon by the bartenders, and they will be rude and incredibly inattentive. It is an absolute skip if you’re in the area.

My husband, young son, and I were lucky to grab the very last room in all of Boston (7/21) at the Beacon Hill Hotel on a late night when our flight got cancelled. Though our night wasn't going as planned, the gentleman who answered the phone and assisted us with booking is the same person who greeted us at the hotel with helping hands and a generous spirit. The service was hospitable, caring, and understanding of our situation. The room was not only a clean and safe place to lay our tired heads, but a charming room with updated bath and amenities. The decor and attention to detail in the room was like those at a 5-star hotel. The area was a block from the park and all of the quaint shops at Beacon Hill. Thanks for a quick and lovely stay! We will be back!

This is a little jewel box of a hotel in the best possible location. The renovation completed last year is just magnificent. The rooms are so elegantly and thoughtfully appointed. Great rooftop area, cool little bar, great restaurant. Really impressed!

Great neighborhood bar with good food, excellent friendly service staff. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with fellow diners. (A little unexpected given that we are on the older side of 50/60.) Creme brulee was heavenly and so were the drinks. Love the decor of the bar/lobby and especially the bathroom!! Will definitely come back.

Fantastic getaway in the city. Beds are beyond comfortable. Rooms are immaculate and well-decorated. Really a hidden gem that I would definitely check out! Pop in for a great drink downstairs or stay for breakfast as the food was also great!

The staff at the Bistro (Jordan) are delightful and their Niçoise salad and burger was fabulous.
