Diana was great! Made my wife a delicious espresso Martini and let me taste a beer before landing on my choice. She was friendly, good spot to stop before a flight!

Great burger! Cooked just as I ordered it. It’s airport food, so pricey. But I’m ok with that since the food was good, service friendly. I’ll stop by again!

Jonathan was an attentive server. The food came quickly, was quite tasty, and was a generous serving size. I recommend.

Good service and pretty decent grilled cheese. Good portions for an airport meal. Friendly service and gave the bill quickly.

Diana was amazing and such a lovely kind person! We genuinely enjoyed having such good conversation with her before our flight, if you’re in terminal C in Logan Boston beer works is a MUST!

Terrible service. The server didn't know her beer menu. It was an effort to order. It was an effort for her to retrieve my beer. It was an effort to get the bill. It was an effort to pay the bill.

Wonderful service - Diana was excellent! Quesadillas and French toast were both wonderful.

Donald (Don) C. was a fantastic bartender. He helped generate smiles and laughs amongst the customers and encourage travelers to take the time to get to know one another at the airport. Turkey burger and fries were cooked to perfection. 70’s music created a chill and relaxed yet upbeat vibe. I will definitely be back!

Bridget was amazing! Food and drinks were a pleasant surprise at an airport! I accidentally rated a poor experience but in fact, it was great!

The food was great as was the service. Great place to hang out while waiting for your flight.

I recently dined at Boston Beer Works, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives - the burgers were truly amazing. The flavors were delicious, and they were cooked to perfection. I have to give a big shoutout to the service as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. However, I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed by the beer selection. Given the name of the place, I expected a more extensive and exciting array of craft beers. It felt like the options were somewhat limited, and I was hoping for a more diverse range of brews to choose from. All in all, the food and service at Boston Beer Works were impressive, but if you're a beer enthusiast looking for a wide selection of craft beers, you might be a bit underwhelmed by their choices.
