Most of the reviews of this Ben & Jerry's are hilariously actually directed at the B&J's at Quincy Market. This one is just a kiosk in front of the New England Aquarium. It's closed during the cold months, and even throughout the summer, it doesn't typically open until the afternoon. For what it is, this B&J's has a fantastic collection of flavors, which folks can get in sugar cones, waffle cones, or cups. The staff have nowhere to sit, as far as I can tell. But they're always kind and keep a clean workplace.

Took a friend here who was visiting from Aruba after we came from to airport and regret doing so. Place was absolutely filthy. Dirty Napkins allover floor. Overall very unappealing. I've cream was extremely overpriced. Not sure if it's because it is Boston or if this is standard pricing across the company. Sad.

If you want some favorite Ben & Jerry flavors after a 2 hour boat ride, this is your place. It's right in front of the Boston Aquarium. Better deal if you get the 3 scoop version so you can pick 3 flavors and share. Great ice cream in Boston!

A came in and got the strawberry. I got the kiddy size and it was quite large for a reasonable price. Ben and Jerry's is what I know and expect from ice cream. The strawberry was quite good but nothing that was mind blowing!
Great customer service gives me all the feels! That's exactly what you'll get at this BJ location!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and made to feel welcomed! Social distancing is enforced so keep that in mind. The store is really small so you might have to wait outside for a bit. There'a a note on the door asking everyone to wear a mask to protect the unvaccinated 12 & under customers! They are dog friendly so feel free to bring your pups with ya! The ice cream is pricey but it's well worth every penny!!

Not a big surprise that Ben & Jerry's gets a five star rating! Obviously their ice cream is awesome location is small and you will likely have to wait in a line. This location is perfect for a quick treat while shopping.
