Ordered some food from here 2 hours ago, nothing was delivered. Tried calling and it went straight to voicemail so I called a few more times and it rung a few times and then abruptly ended. Tried to leave a voicemail to see if I could get a refund, but the voicemail box is full. I used to order from here like every week during last semester and I do enjoy the food but their customer service is terrible. Very frustrating

I ordered from here tonight. It was wicked dmall wicked expensive and not at all that good! Most definitely not anywhere near good enough to justify the small portions and HIGH PRICE!

Ordered shrimp scampi with Alfredo sauce and linguini. It was delivered quickly, was warm and delicious. Plus they threw in a small cookie and a dinner roll!

Ordered takeout and the food was soo gross. Do not order or eat here. Ordered a side of meatballs and italian sausage, and both arrived looking identical like indistinguishable, burnt leather meat that smelled and tasted like fish, which was so foul. Do not waste your money.

Another best place to eat fresh food.

Blackjack Pasta Kitchen took over the space of a longtime seafood order at the counter type spot after moving out to the South End from the Fenway area. The dining area is simply set with wood furniture, spherical paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and lanterns decorating each table. The drinks and dessert fridges are set to the right of the counter overlooking the open kitchen. I spied a collection of sliced desserts in clear clam shell packaging - from Modern Pastry, I was told. I also learned that while all their pastas come with bread, their Signature Pasta Entrees also come with a salad and a cookie - chocolate chip! The salad was simple and fresh, with mixed greens and onions accompanied by two slices each of cucumber and tomato, with your choice of dressing on the side. For our entrees: Butternut Squash Ravioli $13.95 caramelized apple brown sugar sauce with walnuts Fusilli alla Carbonara $13.95 made with eggs, cheese, bacon bits, cream The ravioli was as sweet as it sounds, though not overly so. It is an entree after all. I recommend sharing it as a full meal of this may be too much for even this sweet tooth. The fusilli was different than fusilli of my past. This one resembled sheets rolled into long slim tubes. Tender yet toothsome, and more savory dressed than the other. The bacon added a saltiness and smokiness to the dish. Outside the shop, there was a chalkboard advertising their Create Your Own Pastas as 20% off till 5pm.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered fried ravioli with marinara and Blackjack pasta special. Received some ravioli dish. No appetizer. Food came to the table. Asked if the heat was on as my fingers were numb and I was cold. Told it was set at 71F and I was sitting in the draft of the front door. Told them I got the wrong dish. No appetizer. Bread and Butter eaten. Ordered a ziti dish. Received ravioli. Chef became aggressive and said I was wrong. Left without eating and without food. Paid $24 for two small dinner rolls and butter. I now understand why this establishment has such a bad reputation in the neighborhood.

Great for a grab & go, pasta choices! Friend beef raviolis were great!! Great for children for dinner. So many options to choose from, we can go back and back again

I love the cajun chicken + shrimp pasta from here! The sauce is amazing and the portions are huge! I have also had a sub from here with prosciutto + mozzarella + tomato + pesto. Both items were superb! I will be going back!

Great food, awesome service! They always work with me and my food sensitivities.

The wait is incredibly long waited over an hour only one person slowly cooking for a few people

Terrible overpriced food. Painfully long waits. They usually mess up the orders too. It feels like they opened without a real plan in place and have been winging it every day since. Going here is a mistake.

I will never go again, my food was nasty. My pasta was over cooked. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the sauce was so gross, it was so watery not a sauce texture. The fired calamari rings was so nasty, didn't think you could over fry anything but this place did. The calamari had no taste. The lemon we asked for had a brown spot, that the lemon was going BAD! The ONLY good thing was the garlic bread and the nice gentlemen on the cashier taking our order. Beside that it was a waste of my time and money.

I've ordered twice now via Postmates so far my dishes have been mediocre. I have tried the lasagna, the carbonara, and now the angel hair pasta with eggplant Parmesan sauce. I also ordered a Greek salad which was a nice large portion. I also decided to order some homemade garlic bread that arrived overcooked and tasted like a burnt crouton. I think this will be my last experience dealing with them. There are too many Italian places in Boston to try if this is what I've gotten on both of my tries. Meh

Ignore the old reviews, this place just opened. Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was amazing - such a delicious sauce. We ate in and they also handed us some tasty bread with an incredible homemade garlic butter.
