ordered a take out yesterday. A combo meal cost $73.99 total. ate it last night, felt nauseous. Went to work this morning, with nauseous stomach and diarrhea, called sick home and found out i have gastroenteritis. And these was the last food I ate. WOW, impressive. Never coming back again.

Chicken is hard and dry. Spicy sauce is better than soy garlic. Bathroom is dirty. Lighting is a bit dim inside. Just go to bbq chicken few minutes away. It’s better quality and experience with similar price.

Spicy ALERT: the spicy option for the fried chicken is REALLY SPICY so beware! Today we decided to have the soy garlic flavor and it was tasty as always! The chicken is breaded and double fried before being tossed in sauce for that extra perfect crunch! Also know that their drum sticks are HUGE (the size of my face) if you decide to try them out~ The tteokbokki was also pretty spicy but enjoyable The bulgogi udon had a strong shittake mushroom based broth flavor and had an overall very comforting taste 10/10 fried chicken craving satisfied

Food was delish have been going here for a long time never disappointed. Had the chicken wings half and half white rice and kimchi. Amazingly and flavorful. The spicy one make sure you have your radishes close by lol. Service was great they're two gentlemen there that are very helpful and making sure you are all set. Very good customer service. Ambience great as well. Very busy but by the taste of this food you know why. When you are in the area please go.

Women chased me down for not tipping. She said I have to tip because I dined in, never been in that situation before. Was also very aggressive about pushing more tip after I tipped her. I think I will just stick to picking up instead of eating

I orderd k meal to go for 6. It comes with 12 wings and 6 drums with the house fried rice and fries . The chicken flavor I choose was yangnyeom, this is a new flavor for me I really enjoyed it. The other flavor was spicy and I really enjoy the heat as well. The fries was very crispy and delicious. The fried rice was very flavorful me and my family enjoyed it all . The really special thing here is the fry chicken, the way they cook them is very unique I honestly don't know how they do it . I love it. I highly recommend this place especially for the Chicken wings..

Ordered to-go from the kiosk in the store and came back when they texted us 15 min later. They had run out of chicken!. Employee was nice about it and refunded our money. This location used to be great, not sure if we’d go back.

Disappointment. Crunchy outside & moist inside = Good. This was very crunchy outside & very dry chicken = Bad. Mostly flavorless except for burnt cooking oil and sauce. Had visions of pending bellyache after the first piece so we stopped eating. This food isn’t cheap. Maybe we tried Bonchon on a bad night near closing time when the oil was too hot.

I wasn't expecting much to begin with, the bar was already set pretty low, but they somehow managed to rank lower. The waitress/host was very nice, but that was the only good thing about this restaurant. The server looked like a random bystander, wearing regular clothes like he just came in off the street, delivered the wrong menu item and acted confused about it. Pretty sure he was high. We ordered tenders, he said "here's your wings" and they were actually drumsticks. It took 30 minutes for our tenders to come out. The fried rice was cold as soon as it came out, flavorless, and had a hair in it. The water was literally just tap water, I think it had one ice cube. We were perfectly respectful and gracious to the wait staff, as service workers ourselves, but they still talked crap about us sending the drumsticks back, scoffing in front of us. Terrible attitudes, 0 work ethic, and mediocre food. The dining area was very average, the booths were very worn, but I didn't notice until we left how gross they were. As we left, not a single employee said goodbye, everyone was sitting down on their phones. We will not be returning. And as I write this, my stomach is starting to feel sick. Hope I didn't get food poisoning.

This is our favorite place for chicken wings! We love the combo: half soy garlic, half spicy. Always on point.

Had a gift card to Bonchon and finally decided to check it out. We ordered Tteobokki, Popcorn shrimp and a half&half order of boneless chicken with soy garlic and spicy sauce. The popcorn shrimp was probably the best out of the 3. A bit salty but crispy enough. The Korean fried chicken was extremely disappointing. It was very dry, the actual chicken had no seasoning, and the breading was extremely tough. Both the soy garlic and spicy sauces just didn't have a good enough taste to redeem the chicken. I always expect KFC to be juicy and crispy but I got neither at Bonchon. The Tteobokki was quite spicy and mind you, I can handle spice but it was extremely hot so be forewarned. The texture of the rice cakes and the fishcakes was on point though. Probably won't come back but glad I gave it a try.

The soy garlic wings are amazing. A bit pricey but worth going when you want great crunchy wings.

I'm going to give this place a one star. I ordered almost a 40 dollar meal on Uber eats. Which contains of 10 spicy chicken wings. I had called the store to ask them if they were able to switch 1-2 wings non spicy for the baby and the manager on deck says there not able to do that. When the last time I called they were able to make the switch. This just shows that they are lazy. Also when I first called to make a change on the order the host says my order already went out or wasn't even sure about the order because again laziness. I just clicked submit on the order how can an order go out 5 min after. The host responds "well it's possible". No it's not. But if I was dining in there would be no problem. You guys need to cater to the ones ordering on Uber eats as well not just dining in. Customer service is terrible
