Horrible service. Absolutely horrible employees. Gave a few chances.. each time was mistaken. Whether ordering through Uber eats or directly be warned... if you call after 7 pm no one will answer and if you happen to order Uber eats watch how you'll never get your order after 7pm as well. I even drove one time to the store and called directly only to see employees inside the store walk right by the phone and not even answer it.I've never even had a meal... this rating is for the employees that work there...I always get the run around when simply ordering. Maybe if I could actually try a burger from there I could change this rating from 1 to 4 or 5 stars. BosBurger get it together my g PLEASE!!!

Since the Pandemic Started We have visited this place almost every other day...okay every day! The staff is amazing, the crispy chicken sandwich is amazing with BBQ Sauce & Sweet & Sour (DJ WhySham's favorite add on) and don't forget the Cajun fries but now they serve waffle. Also you can't forget the killer smoothie for the low and it taste amazing.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a mCchicken . Honestly you can get a better chicken sandwich at Burger King for wayyyy cheaper... won’t be getting my money again only reason they got 2 stars was cuz the Cajun fries was good
The worst thing he could of did was switch to just waffle friend ONLY. BOS burger ALMOST had the best fries in Boston! Delivery driver working 2/18/21 brought my food cold and I only live about 3-5 minutes away (DRIVING)

Bos Cheese Burger with fried eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayonnaise. Hands down to the best burger I've had in a while. Very authentic, juicy and savory! Just the right seasoning and cooked to perfection! This is my first time trying it and I'll be back more often for sure. Costumer service here at its finest too! Can't remember the name of the guy who took my order but he was the best!
