Loved this place! Took my boss here for dinner after we walked Freedom Trail. We had the clam chowder, which he normally can't eat due to bacon (but none in theirs so he loved it) , and the fish and chips. Everything was delish. The fish was flaky and the batter was light and crispy. The portions were so generous as well. We really enjoyed this meal!

Best clam chowder in Boston? Not by a longshot. It was way too salty and tasted canned. I make better clam chowder at home. Go around the corner to Legal Seafoods.

I was very satisfied with this restaurant because of its friendly staff and delicious food. The atmosphere isn't bad, but it's not a restaurant you should go to just for the atmosphere, so I left out one star.I want to go again and recommend it to everyone.

Just a staple for Boston food. Great seafood, way too good chicken tenders, and cocktails that are delicious and twice the size of other places. Can't beat their chowder.
Super fresh, well prepared, and had eye appeal generally. Service was great. Had broiled scrod, fried clams, clam chowder, and lobster roll. All top shelf. Will definitely go back.

Portions large but I found the food to be very overrated. Fish and chips was disappointingly bland. Clam chowder was mediocre.

Very nice place. Go without rushing to be served. I was unsure between two types of beer and the attendant offered me a taste. I found that very nice. The food is very good. I ordered fish with prawns and calamari with pasta. Very tasty. My husband ordered a hot lobster sandwich, but it came cold. But, it didn't compromise the overall vision too much. I recommend it and we will be bac to try another menu options.

I highly recommend this restaurant the food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, even the owner was going table to table to make sure everything was good.
