I stayed at the Four Seasons Boylston for a business event. For that it was quite adequate and comfortable. It is also nice that it is next to the park and getting some exercise in the morning. However, the hotel felt quite run of the mill, a little tired and wouldn’t be my choice next time. My feeling is it’s not quite the standard that I am expecting from a Four Seasons hotel.

Mike the doorman was the highlight of the trip...he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable during our stay..would return. Free coffee & small treats at reception were brilliant as was the vault with free snacks & refreshments..location of this hotel is amazing -right across from a beautiful park

From the moment we exited the car at the steps of the hotel - we we’re greeted warmly. Treated spectacularly and graciously . Excellent service from check in to check out . The vault is a winner. !!! The coffee concierge — love !! View is remarkable ! Food - delicious . The bed and linens outstanding .. Thank you for making a quick Boston getaway to see the Red Sox so memorable.

The Four Seasons staff were attentive during every interaction during our six day stay. From check in until we departed, The staff was friendly and happy to help with every request.The housekeeping staff were awesome! There wasn’t a single negative experience during our stay. It proved that FS’ has continued their legacy of the golden rule,
We visit Boston often, and always stay at the Four Seasons. They always make us feel welcome with our children from the moment we enter the door… their newly renovated lobby has a closet full of toys that the kids are invited to pick out a few to take home. Additionally there is a free candy “vault” on each floor. My kids love coming here for the beautiful indoor pool as well. We ordered room service a few times, and Rachid, always greeted us with the friendliest smile. He even brought a special treat for my kids at the pool! We cannot wait to return.

Great hotel, reservations were smooth and reception was very friendly and courteous. We were upgraded to an executive suite. Restaurant has nice and well done cocktails and a great cheese board. Everything is close and within walking distance. We loved the location, attentions and would return to the four seasons.

Such a great addition to the area. Giant outdoors patio with the best views of the Faneuil Hall. Perfect for after work drinks or just a break from the warm Boston summerdays.
