One of my fav places for tasty american food. I love going here. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. This place has a nice atmosphere.

My favorite place for American food. Staff is always timely even when they have a full house. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

Hands-down the best hotel in Boston! Luxurious amenities, beautiful guest rooms, welcoming and personable staff. Can you please provide me with the email address of the general manager? Thank you!!

Woman collapsed and passed out from drinking way too much. The bar should have stopped serving. And we thought this was a classy place

Utterly disappointed. This review is based on more than one visit, and the trend is disappointing. Food good. Prices expensive. OK I went in, prepared for that. Here are the misses - very poor service. Listen this is a first world problem - so I acknowledge that. They were unable to handle our reservation, so that was a 15 minute + wait, probably due to more walk-ins than anticipated & I'm guessing not enough staff. No one even brought us water or greeted us at the table for a solid 11 minutes after that. Waiter was friendly but very rushed, not even time for eye contact. No water refills, no time to return to table to ask if we had all we needed, no time for specials (or even soup of the day) - and overall a bad experience. I brought this to attention of waiter & maitre d' which brought nods & "thankyou for your patience." Here is what it didn't bring. It didn't bring refills of water, didn't bring the condiment for meal we requested, it didn't bring "how about free coffee on us" or *something* to illustrate that they recognized this is inconsistent with the Four Seasons philosophy. I asked about what is happening - and was not given a reply. I pressed - Did people not show up for work today? What is happening, Four Seasons? The only reason for the second star is the food is still good.

Uncharacteristically bad experience at the Bristol lounge today. Waited 20 mins to get seated (despite reservation), another 10 mins to get water, never came back with basics like mayo, checking on food, Bill, etc. Great burger, F for the rest. You come to the Four Seasons to get pampered. Today no pampering. Having to hunt down people to get water and check is a hassle. Will come back, hope they fix these basics.

Okay. Hard to justify a 34 dollar burger.

Great bartenders! The drinks were fantastic and the interior is classic and warm, but it's the staff that makes this place great.
