Sauces offered don’t really go with the burritos/bowls, id stick to having them on wings only. We got the boardwalk cookies (fried oreos) and they were very undercooked and raw. The employee remade them for me and I left, when I got home the new batch still had raw dough. I was not satisfied.

Tried this spot out with my homie for the first time ever and we were unsure of what to expect.We got the Mango Habanero Bone-In Wings, the General Tso's Crispy Chicken Tacos, and the Hibachi Steak & Shrimp Burrito.Usually, I find that you can figure out the quality of a place through their chicken wings, and well... The quality of their meats could use a significant upgrade here. I wish I could say that the meat is at least average, but I personally feel they are buying some of the lowest quality a restaurant can get from their vendor(s).The wings were completely carried by the mango habanero sauce. Zero contest. Without the sauce, there may as well be no wings. They are not seasoned, marinated or flavored in any way. The ones we got were bland. The sauce tasted great, but since there's not an ingredient list letting you know what's in it, I'm kinda iffy on that.Our General Tso's tacos were accidentally made incorrectly with the addition of black beans, but they were pretty good. Definitely leaned more on the side of burritos in taco form--burracos, if you will, because they were heavier than your traditional taco. Still a cool fusion of cuisines, and I ain't mad at it!I enjoyed the Hibachi burrito the most. My portion was solid, and it was flavorful. If I had to go here again, that would be my go-to. You can definitely taste the "hibachi" in the steak and shrimp as I'm guessing they marinated those, and it overall to me, is a contender on their menu.The staff member that took our order and served/cashed us out, grace their heart!!! They were very sweet, though unfortunately, a novice who had yet to be trained up. They had zero idea on how the "popular creations" were supposed to be done, so I had to read out the ingredients while trying not to get in the personal space of those behind us in line. It's best if you have patience and are in zero rush to be anywhere else when/if you go.We were the only ones in there plus another table for a good chunk of our time. I'd say they could definitely use some hand sanitizer in certain areas throughout and have utensils properly stocked up.After some digging, this is another local business that turned into a franchise some time back. Bubbakoo's has come a long way from its Jersey Shore origins, and for that, I tip my hat to them. Stepping in to the restaurant, you can immediately tell that this is a chain of sorts, and had I not looked at their website, I would have far from known that they have more than 100 locations spread across 15 states.Would I [immediately] recommend this spot? No. If you're in a pinch and must have fast casual though? Go for the burrito.Thank you~!

It's like a chipotle with more sauces.It was our first time visiting the space so we decided to try a few of their popular recommendations. We got three items:The Hibachi shrimp and steak burrito (3.5/5)The general Tao's tacos (3/5)8 piece chicken wings with mango habanero sauce (1/5)Service (4/5) Overall the experience was average: to summarize my issues - all of their protein options are really low quality. They rely too heavily on the causes to the the heavy lifting; so the moment the sauce is gone you're biting into dry & flavorless meats. Nothing is really marinated.

Great place for take out, lots of flavor, and friendly staff. We’ve become regulars here, get lunch or dinner quickly, and the portions are great!Dietary restrictions: My boyfriend is pescatarian, he always gets the hibachi shrimp.
To start off, I was expecting some high level of spice but didn't get much. I guess I'll have to try some of that ghost pepper sauce. The hot salsa wasn't hot at all.But flavor is there and decent! The boneless wings appear to be double fried, very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the Nashville hot had a nice flavor, bit smoky.I lifted the container for the burrito bowl. It was heavy! I look inside and there's layers of barbocoa, good amount, and the flavor of it was also spot on!

I just order my first burrito. I got a tex/Mex grilled chicken with bbq sauce and roasted corn salsa. It is really big and tasty. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Placed an order online on Saturday July 15thCame to pick it up to find out they were closing earlier then usual and I did not receive my food. Luckily was able to catch an employee and talk with the manager who told me he will refund my money the next day but did not receive a refund. Tried contacting the place and the employee who picked up my call kept hanging up on me after realizing I was trying to get in touch with the manager for the night when they closed early. Never received a proper response or my refund or the food I ordered. Service is getting worse by the day which is probably going to affect the quality of the food. Use to be a regular at this place but not anymore.
