Burger King was absolute garbage. Police were there conducting an investigation while I was just trying to get a damn burger. Service was horrible. Burger sucked. Fries were as salty as hell. Shakes weren't mixed. I've come to expect more from the Burger King and I have to say I was quite disappointed. I throughly believe a middle schooler could run this place better than its current manager.

not to be that guy but I'm gonna be that guy cause the fact we got stuck in the freezing cold with no vehicle or wallet or phone charger because everything I own was in a vehicle you towed. 185$ to get my vehicle back all cause you got trust issues or something so you want to assume it's such a bad area you gotta tow all the cars that park there for longer than 30 minutes and over price the hell out of them maybe put the sign at eye level instead of on a white wall over our heads im not 6-7ft tall im not gonna see that.

Some of the nicest employees I’ve ever met at any Burger King. Even the customers were extra nice. This all the lady helped me with the door. I thought it was very sweet of her.

Well, where to start.My snadwhich was incorrect. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for no mayo sauce on it. Got the sandwich. Had white creamy sauce on it. Went back through the line. Asked for one with no mayo. Got back to the window, the gentleman raking the order was very nice and helpful. But then here comes this little hispanic women (assuming manager) to argue with me about the sauce on the sandwich, which they have already taken back theough the window, saying it doesnt have mayo on it it has 1000 island dressing, i ask does that have mayo in it (knowing full and well its a mayo based product and also usually has dairy, both which i cant have). She said no, i said i still want it with no white creamy sauce. She says fine you will get it plain then, both the gentleman taking orders, and myself said no, not plain, just no 1000 island sauce. She stromed off. Got my new sandwich and drove off my mistake for not checking. Cause this last gave me a plain chicken sandwich after being told to just hold 1 sauce cause i have an allergy.She gave me misinformation that could have made me very sick by not knowing her ingredients of her sauces, even though they have a reference guide. Then, she still gave me the wrong food cause she was not listening to what we were saying. She is a liability to your customers and company.

Usually amazing service when I dine in, and the food is always flame ? broiled and cooked to order. I enjoy this Burger King most of the time. Some of the times their are teenagers from Brighton High that go there and they are extremely loud and try to attract unwanted attention at times. Most of the time that me and my 13 yr old son go there we are extremely happy with the Food, Service and the atmosphere.Also, I dont know how well the mic works in the drive in area where you order from because sometimes you have to repeat yourself repeatedly at times, but sometimes there are no issues with the drive thru window.Parking: Brighton Ave Brighton, MAKid-friendliness: They are very sweet to young children and always try to get them the good toys
