Dont go if you're really hungry!! Picked up right when ready and eaten shortly after. Fries were raw, soggy and mashed in container, burger was drenched in sauce to mush. Liked the beet sauce and honey mustard sauce but was definitely disappointed.

This is my latest favorite takeout. Varied vegan menu with something for non vegans as well. We sampled many of the items and each was DELICIOUS! I want to try all The ones we didn't sample. I never eat dessert, but since my birthday, tried the cupcakes and truly better than any dessert from restaurants or bakeries. Sweet potato burger, taco salad, egg salad, chicken tenders all scrumptious. Wish there was one closer to my house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My first time going to by CHLOE. was a success! I've tried their Meatball Sub before but today was my first time actually visiting the restaurant itself. I ordered ahead for pickup via their website and my order was ready for me when I arrived. I got the Quinoa Taco salad and it was delicious! So yummy and I couldn't believe it was vegan as well. The chorizo was the right amount of spicy and the salad was full of fresh avocado. The whole experience was positive and I will be going back!

Placed the order below. Arrived to find they had no record of the order. When asked they did fill it, nearly 20 minutes later. Then, after we left they realized that they had not actually put all of the items in bag. Instead of contacting us to let us know. They waited until we returned a second time- and unapologetically finally filled our order. 2 hours later, 2 car trips out to pick up. Manager didn't even apologize. With all the businesses struggling during this time, I doubt we will bother to order again.

3 times in a row I have ordered from by chloe in Fenway and 3 times they have messed up my order. The first two times I ordered a chicky chicky parm parm and twice I only got chicken fingers. Then today I ordered a cookie with my meal and it was missing. I LOVE by chloe but I recommend NOT ordering from Fenway

I got the Mac and cheese w) shitake bacon and the Artichoke dip and chips, and a sugar cookie- which was excellent. My sister had the crispy chikn salad and she really liked it. I've had great experiences at By Chloe in the past in NYC so I don't wanna give a bad review, but if I were basing it on this visit it'd be three stars. My mac n cheese was possibly the most disappointing vegan mac n cheese I've had; the parm on top was delicious but the sauce was not at all flavorful and could definitely use a lot of salt, and some sort of zest, and possibly nutritional yeast to cheese up the flavor. Artichoke dip on the other hand was plenty salty, and the chips were also super salty. Dip was kind of an odd half watery / half mushy texture, would have been nice if it was more creamy and a more blended consistent creamy texture.

Absolutely wonderful for me when I was craving some normally non-vegan food. I got the tempeh fingers and chocolate doughnut and both were excellent! The doughnut was very much like eating chocolate cake :)
First, this review is written during Covid19 global pandemic and is written from the view point of amazing customer service. My friends and I ordered food to be delivered to our other friend who works at Brigham on one of the Covid19 ICU floors. By Chloe. was amazing to work with. They filled our order and had it to our Door Dash delivery guy, Steve, on time. Only problem was once Door Dash arrived at the hospital, the chaos in the hospital delayed getting the food to our friend and her fellow nurses. Steve didn't give up hope and found the nurses unit, but now felt the food was to cold. Steve worked with by Chloe. And left the food to be used for another floor and by Chloe. hooked us up with another round of warm food. On top of amazing customer service, we heard the food was ridiculously good! "I just had the best vegan lunch I've had in a LONG time And let me tell you it took all of 5 minutes for the rest of the food to disappear. My colleagues and I are so grateful (and they didn't even complain that it was vegan ) . Thank you from the bottom of my heart you know how to love on others so well" Thank you by Chloe. for supporting your local nurses and community. We are all so thankful for your team and look forward to coming back to support you all as you have supported our dear friend.

Overpriced for what it is, but I still always want to support vegan business. Don't get me wrong, the food is really fantastic, great service, and a really clean establishment. I wish I had one where I live.

A very great place for vegans. I am not a vegan, however they have healthy options and a wide range of food. I got the Oh so fancy fries with beet ketchup and chipotle aioli and that was good. Also got the guac burger, quinoa sweet potato patty was good. I did not expect a vegan place to taste that good. Prices are fair. Fast service and good customer service.
