My favorite place in the North End for coffee and dessert. There is no real competition. The very best tiramisu!! Let the tourists flock to some other spots on Hanover and save me a table here. Also, great sports bar for watching what the rest of the world calls football.

Came here after dinner. No desserts at the restaurant. Kinda weird but we'd roll with it. This place was recommended to us by the restaurant. We walked to the place. It still had patrons in it. An old-style cafe with lots of wood paneling. Just one cashier/server. She seemed tired/frazzled. Ordered the baba rum and a red velvet dessert . Did not get the cannoli. Everything was dried out. One half of the Baba Rum was like eating toast, the other, of course, soaked in rum and soggy. Not very impressed.

ordered the "award winning" pistachio martinis (had them in the past and absolutely loved the flavor and lightness of the drink) and could not even manage to drink more than one sip of the martini. the drink was lime green, absolutely bitter and undrinkable. we informed the severer and asked to return the drinks and get something else instead. she said no and presented us with the full bill. extremely frustrated, will not return.

I keep dreaming of the pistachio ricotta cake. Great light, fluffy with tremendous flavor. Just the right amount of sweetness (I'm not a fan of cloying sugary desserts that drown out the flavor of the dish). A must grab anytime Im in Boston!

The gelato was okay. Kinda thicker than I would have liked and pricy for how much you get. The texture was not it for me. But the place wasn't crowded and we were able to grab a table relatively quick. Also, one of the dessert places that takes credit cards and not cash only!

Delicious gelato! Cute cafe ambiance. Would love to go back for a pistachio martini as that is clearly a specialty.

You’re not allowed to use electronic devices such Lap top or IPads. Even if for reading !!! Not the best place for coffee time.

Literally the worst expresso martini I have ever had. Which is just even more insulting considering the price and the menu indicates it's the best in the city. Couldn't try anything else.

Owner was so rude , such in a rush for us to settle in with kids and strollers, making unwelcoming faces .Brought the menu , put into my face and in a sec of me not responding said back: Hello the menu. Such a bad service . I would not recommend it to families as she was so bothered by the presence of 2 families with kids.

The Nutella gelato had big chunks of Nutella and the gelato was sticky and had a freezer burnt texture. May have just been a bad batch, but overall it was disappointing. Cute cafe though! I would recommend going to a walk up cafe where you can try samples.

This place is really cute, the seating is minimal but it's not the type of place people sit down for too long. They do have a full bar they have desserts and good gelato. They also have Cafe drinks which you would expect at a cafe. The staff is incredible they were all very nice and accommodating. It's also very warm in there so that was cozy

A very busy intimate Italian Cafe. The Espresso Dupio and Pistachio sponge cake was phenomenal! This is a must stop in Boston if you are visiting! The Owner Louie said “I was hanging with the locals”. This is evident in the many patrons that he knew their order. I was very impressed and would definitely be back next time around!

Caffe Paradiso Love!! Never disappoints! Four of us. Four perfectly perfect cannoli, 2 Cappuccinos from heaven and two delectable Hot Chocolates! We added 4 champagne cookies for a twist and they also lived up to standards! When in Boston Cafe Paradiso is my choice. I have been going there for over 30 yrs
