Do not waste your time here. The brunette worker was one of the rudest employee encounters I’ve had. None of them were welcoming. The service was horrible, then after we placed our order, proceeded to order us to leave, so we took our business elsewhere, so many better places in Little Italy with much better service!

Went inside this cute coffee shop for coffee and hot chocolate. We had to wave down a waitress to place an order. When they saw we had purchased cannoli from a neighboring shop, we were asked to leave. So rude!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Don’t know how they even have good reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service, rude waitresses that give customers dirty looks, ignored for the first half hour we were there, they didn’t give us the correct change back and tipped themselves. If you don’t want your money stolen don’t come here.

The cappuccino paired so well with the yellow cream savois.This is a massive bustling cafe with a lot of seating and a low-lit cozy ambience. The service was prompt. Definitely recommend checking this out.

Great little North End old school coffee shop with very reasonable prices and excellent coffee and deserts. The cash only payments is the only irritating part of the experience…its 2024, get square/toast/etc Ill happily pay a little more. Otherwise an enjoyable spot and would still come again.

Very good coffee latte and nice cotton candy ice cream but the server in the front of the restaurant is some kind of have attitude. I was there 2.30 today by myself, and I asked her to sit by the window because she just clean up the table. Actually, don’t really have to ask her because it’s seat yourself system but I walked past her and she just cleaned the table so I asked her but she said no sorry honey this table is for a group. There is only one person at the back over there and then I was fine because I work in the restaurant industry too. I got it and I ordered things normally and then I saw a white guy sitting that table that I wanted by himself and had a coffee and that was fine. I feel like this is some kind of discrimination.
