Amazing experience! I had to go to the Capital One services and it was a great experience! Ashley helped me out, who was awesome, super friendly, kind and professional! In under 5 minutes I had finished my job thanks to her. I also got the signature Honey Lavender Latte afterwards, which was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had!! Also, the vibes of this place are amazing, and it’s the ideal spot for studying or working. Loved the experience, and I suggest this place for anyone, Capital One customer or not!

My husband and I are visiting from San Diego and we stopped by for a quick caffeine break.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rome. He is so charismatic and friendly! My husband said if we didn’t already have a CapitalOne card he would have signed up for one on the spot just because of Rome!Oh! The coffee was good too!

Rome, Orlando, and Sandy are the BEST. My phone slipped into one of the cracks in the couches and I couldn’t reach it. They helped me by flipping over the very heavy couch and peeling back the staples. They went above and beyond to help a customer out. Though I’ve been frequenting this cafe since they opened several months ago, I’ll be coming even more now. Thanks again to Rome, Orlando, and Sandy — they deserve a lot of recognition for this kindness and professionalism.

i asked for an iced caramel macchiato, but they gave me a hot drink instead. i could also barely taste the caramel. the wait time was very long, even though not many people were in line. sometimes it's hard to find tables because there's often a lot of tourists on newbury street. drinks are from peet's coffee and they are 50% off with the capital one card; food is regular price with or without the card. overall rating: 7/10
Great place to stop in and relax for a bit, but it makes no sense at all to have flowery, perfumed Earl Grey tea as your only black tea. I have asked for a plain, black tea, and that's what I get. For me, it's like drinking tea with a shot of flowery perfume in it. Other than that, it's a wonderful place.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be very accessible.

What a great find in the Back Bay. The inside is light and airy with plenty of tables of all types (couches, large group tables, 2 tops, etc.) and outlets (there are two floors, too). There's water and bathrooms available on both floors. The prices are high-average for downtown, but for those with a capital one card you get half off coffee drinks. I didn't get any food, but there's a decent selection of pastries and dry foods (granola bars, chips, etc.), with a few hot sandwiches. That's pretty much the only mention of Capital One here - people aren't coming up to you and talking about the card or anything. It's a great public space that I will likely return to!
