"They called BPD on my takeout" Had a very confusing experience last night, my partner and I order pizza on our drive home from seeing a show downtown. ordered a margerita pizza, a hawaiian and cheese fries. about ten minutes later got a call from the cops saying i called a pizza shop saying I was in danger. I told the officers I'm okay, just wanted to get some late dinner. Called the shop back asking if the order was ready and if they called the police on me and they said they were out of mozarella and they mustve gave the wrong number because someone else called with the police concern. They then hung up on me, so i assumed I was not getting my food and ordered from another place.

Pizza is generally dry, the cheese is crusty and not particularly flavorful, and the dough is stiff. Might be good in a rush, but not a huge fan of the place. I had a chicken pesto pizza.

Im from New York, and this place is in my top 5 pizza places! I went here late after a Boston vs. Yankees game. The place was packed, and the slices were huge! The pizza was so flavorful, and reheated to perfection. We got like 6 different slices. My favorite was the Buffalo Chicken. I've had Buff Chicken in Buffalo and this was better! I will return here everytime I come to the city!

We stopped for lunch after walking around Berklee and the pizza was amazing! My husband and I and our two kids shared a large pepperoni pizza and it was delicious with crispy crust. It definitely hit the spot! It was some of the best pizza I've had. And this was the only time my 4 year old son has wanted to eat the pepperoni on his pizza! ? The staff was so friendly and very kind to our kids and they made the whole lunch experience great for us tourists! We will definitely be going back the next time we're in Boston. Thank you Cappy's staff!Kid-friendliness: Our 2 year old and 4 year old absolutely loved the pizza and the staff was so kind and friendly with them. We sat at a table right next to a window and the kids loved people watching while we ate and laughing with the staff.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and immediately called after, yet they refused to do anything to help switch locations, or refund any portion of my order so they just kept my money. Even though it’s overpriced for what you get, I used to order here for convenience but never will again! Good customer service and being a nice person goes a long way!
I forgot, delivery was quite good, if I had remembered the poor quality, I would have asked the driver to return it before he left. oopps another lousy pizza meal are there any great pizza PLACES anymore?

Was staying in Boston for a concert at MGM and needed munchies at 1AM. Service was swift. Pizza was excellent all things considered. The crust had a chemical-ish taste to it. Kind of like how I would picture windex to taste. It was the only place open at this hour. Price is quite fair, <$20 for a large pie with toppings. If I am in the area again and need a pizza at 1AM, I will be back!!!
