Considering how expensive it is to eat in this area, Cava is an excellent option if you're on an option and want fresh food. The service is incredible. Jeff was especially very nice to me. One of the best Cavas I've been to!

I love coming to the Pru location ! At 1st I wasn't a huge fan of Cava but there's such a great team at Pru it's hard to stay away lol Barbra and Jeff normally are working when I'm on lunch they are efficient and always giving me great service. Jeff recommended the braised lamb and I've been a big fan ever since Thanks Cava Pru Team !!!!

This is a solid and reliable spot for a great grain or salad bowl. It's my go to! This is my go to spot for a filling lunch. It has great options for everyone. I feel you get your monies worth. During the cold months the space is limited, not a lot of seating is available. I love creating my own bowls and I love you can switch it up. On occasion you can get a person in the seating area that seems sketchy but it's near all the library where a lot of homeless people like to hangout m.

Ordered ahead at 5:40 to pickup at 6:30. They had me even started making my order when I arrived at 6:40 and we're rude and giving me attitude when I politely asked if my order was ready when the food came at 6:50 it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out.

While this cava's food is amazing like the rest of them, the workers are always miserable and rude. They don't even ask you what you want they just stare at you until you say something. As someone who has worked in the service industry this is just not ok!

What can I say... Cava is always the best for a healthy choice; especially the one in the Pru. The Cava team in this location has always been consistent, and very kind no matter how busy they get; more specifically around lunch time. The playlist always hits, there's nothing is better than having a great meal with some great tunes. It always sets the mood for the day. I want to give a big shout out to Jeff. What up Jeff! My dude! He's always smiling and great with everyone around him. I think Cava is really treating their team well because it shows!
