Kinda dumb. Large fry is same size as small fry. It cost me 19 bucks for a sandwich and fries. They charge 25 cents for a bag. I usually don’t care about price that much but it was kind of obnoxious. Small amount of food

Worst cheesesteak ever. Poor service, made order wrong. Tried to fix it the cheapest way possible resulting in hot onions, peppers, and mushrooms on cold meat and cheese. When in Boston, avoid this place!

Charlie’s Philly Steaks has gained a new fan. Honestly I’ve been to this place a few times and every time they have gotten better. Not only did I get a solid Philly BBQ Steak Sub I also got loaded fries for FREE. The Sub was delish and the heat of peppers and the sweetness of the BBQ made the sub taste like Heaven . Definitely come to this place if you want a great tasting sub and great customer service.5 out of 5 ;)

The waitress there needs some education on their attitude toward respecting diversity. My friend was insulted by a waitress today. She forced my friend to change her self identity and beliefs. Such a behavior really made me angry and lost appetite!

This was my first time eating from this place. The food was tasty, the restaurant was immaculate, but most importantly, the staff was amazing! I'm an observer, so while I waited for my food I observed the cashier. There was an elderly man who used a cane to get around. This cashier went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only help me, but to help the elderly gentlemen as well. She was farely young, so I was amazed by her willingness to help. Her attitude towards the job was a pleasure to see. You don't see that much anymore from our youth. Very respectful! Her name is NeNee! She really made me smile! I was a proud mom and she isn't even my child! Great job NeNee! Thank you!
