Terrible food. Very greasy, oily, limp, and a bit peculiar tasting. They are also very unreliable and cancel orders. I would not recommend Chef Chang's. Small menu. Tastes like they microwaved or reheated the food. It's too bad, because it's a few blocks from my condo!

Uh this place says they are open on suda until 10 pm and i arrived at 6:30pm and no one was even there wtfffff no sign like oh today we are closed sorry for the inconvience or anything. This is absolutely sucks.
Only one horrible waitress that didn't do her work properly and kept asking for tip even after we already gave tip. She even directed us at where to put our spoons. Also a very smelly restaurant. 100% do not recommend.

Place has apparently opened with a new name, Xi'an Biang Biang Noodles. Be warned, they only have a portable A/C unit for the restaurant.

I ordered Ma lan tou (vege) and dumplings. Honestly speaking, the food was not good. The skin of the dumplings was very thick and the filling did not taste fresh. Ma lan tou should serve with toufu but they did not have it. I asked whether they can substitute with peanut, the owner was almost yelling saying no. Overall, my experience there was not good. And their place is in a basement (not relaxing environment either). So I will not recommend this place.
